The valet staff and valet service. Restaurant staff at breakfast buffet was very nice.
Front desk staff was not friendly. Not helpful at all. Food was terrible. No chicken fingers on the menu for kids.
Beds were hard as a rock.
Room was moderately clean. Not great not terrible
Smart tvs with access to Netflix would have been nice

This hotel is amazing! We were in a corner room on floor 23 and it was outstanding! Our room looked out onto the mall/lake in one direction and the downtown skyline in the other. You could see the Terminal Tower even while lying in bed! I really enjoyed coffee each morning while sitting in a chair by the almost floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious, modern, and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was great in the bathroom (plus, there was a stand-alone lighted makeup mirror stored below the sink). For the most part, getting to and from our room was easy, as there are plenty of elevators and they seem to be fast and run frequently – the exception being after the nearby concert we attended, when there was a giant line for the elevators stretching into the reception area. In terms of amenities, we only checked out Bar 32. The view from the bar’s patio is gorgeous (looking directly onto the lake and Cleveland Browns stadium) but it was packed when we were there around 4:30pm on a Saturday. It was standing room only and took about 15 minutes to get a drink from the bar. By the time we left around 5:15 there was a big line to get in – so be warned if you think you’re going to go enjoy a chill relaxing happy hour on a weekend day with nice weather!
It is very pricy (especially if you’re in town for a special event like we were), but the value received for what you pay makes the price sting a little less. Parking (even self-parking) is also very expensive, but it is nice to have the parking garage accessible via an underground tunnel so you don’t have to be exposed to the elements or try to cross the street with your luggage.

Fabulous restaurants, staff, views atmosphere
Parking / long valet waits - need to staff it up better during busy times .

Hôtel propre avec une belle vue pour le couché de soleil
Attente de plus d 1 heure pour récupérer sa voiture facturée par le valet 60 dollars pour 1 nuit .. un vrai scandale…

The view was amazing, Bar 32 is gorgeous & the drinks were top tier. It was a lot more quiet than I expected it would be just because of the size of the hotel.
The room was dusty on shelving & coffee maker. Lamp shades falling apart. Restaurant located on 2nd floor food could’ve been better considering the price. Valet took a lot longer than I expected when checking out.

Lovely view, clean facilities
Terrible night. The guests on both sides of our room were loud and obnoxious. Repeated slamming of doors for over an hour in the middle of the night, accompanied by Loud talking, yelling, laughing, that sounded like it was inside of our room. The walls are apparently paper thin. Then the dog that was in the room next to ours was barking off and on all night. I was not able to sleep more than a few hours because of all of this commotion.
I have a suggestion...put all the travelers with dogs on the same floor so that those of us without animals are able to sleep at night. Also find a way to get the doors to close without making a slamming noise, and maybe some insulation between rooms. I definitely will not be recommending this hotel or staying here again.

The on site parking, and the tunnel to and from the parking garage
Paying for parking, plus the $200 for a room

The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
There was not a microwave in the room.

View was nice , bed was comfortable, Tv was old and you couldn’t watch the baseball game. The biggest problem was, I asked to have the room cleaned twice , and it never got cleaned and restocked.
For a 4 star hotel it really wasn’t a great value for almost $400 a night.
Room never got cleaned and restocked , the pool and fitness center were very disappointing. The hotel brunch was not very good either. I also found it strange being blocks away from Progressive field that you could not watch the game in the room.

Hav a look of the below of the bed and you will have a feeling that the cleaning has not been done, may be for months. This is terrible with Thinking of your room charge, one night nearly 600 dollars

Burnham restaurant was terrible and expensive

Great hotel and location - room with amazing views. Good food especially the breakfast buffet.
Pull out sofa was not the most comfortable as bed or seat. Could do with a refresh.

the location of the hotel is very convenient to the local atmosphere and sites for visiting. We were happy to find the electric scooters and bikes available around town were a nice touch. Other than the bathroom door, we enjoyed the hotel room set up for storage and comfort. Whoever decided to lessen the noise cancelling effects of a bathroom door with a slide glass door and/or include a shower fan needs to rethink their design.
the rooms were highly overpriced based on the upgraded lake view I requested. We were booked at the end of the hall and had a terrible angle view that made it pointless. The shower plumbing was gross and glad I only used it once. I don't think I was greeted with a smile during the entire stay. front desk, breakfast and floor staff were zombies. I booked this trip as an anniversary getaway with my wife so we were intend on having a good trip. Paying this amount, it was my fault to assume a breakfast would be been included but I was just as surprised to pay top dollar for a basic breakfast buffet as I was to receive the $50 a day valet parking charge that no one told me about.
3.5
The location and view. Beds were comfortable. Bar 32 with good view
There were no bathrobes in the room, or clean kits (eg.toothpaste). No 24 hrs room service. Check out too early 11 instead of 12. Too expensive for what they offer. I would have healthier options of food at Bar32.

Overall stay was enjoyable. Although I had issues with checking in Frank was very patient and helpful. William due to Frank shift ending assisted to completion & continued to check on me throughout my stay.
Housekeeping did not service my room even after my verbally request directly to housekeeper.
Upon returning after 7 hrs the room was untouched. Called front desk & informed housekeeper left for the day!?
Housekeeping Supervisor arrived and actually asked me what services I needed? I informed her of my concerns fresh line , sanitize bathroom, floors, bedding & wipe down all tables. (I thought is this even necessary?)
Supervising housekeepers serviced-The towels & linen were exchanged, the bed remade & wiped down hardtops, emptied trash.

Nice room, good locations!
Check out was a mess. Was charged for parking that I self parked and paid for- still waiting for an updated receipt. Room was cleaned and coffe was refilled but not cream, sugar. Had a late checkout but room cleaner asked every time we exited the room if we could leave!
