La gentilezza del personale alla reception e la posizione comoda per visitare la città.
Struttura vecchiotta, con bagno non ristrutturato. Pulizia da migliorare. Stanza poco insonorizzata, durante la notte si sentono tutti i rumori del piano.

decorations looks decent
i absolutely didn’t like that they charged me $30 for parking my car in their property. you can hear everything out side of the room

Good to be on a budget, the rooms are small but good for two people, its easy to get anywhere in LA according to this location,. Theres a 35 fee on parking.
Doors not that safe , sound everywhere and you can enter without anyone asking you something, i think they need a person to be there checking who enter to the hotel.

Comfortable beds
Mirror in bathroom difficult to use so close to the wall.

Comfortable beds, air conditioning, cute hotel design, and rainfall shower. The staff were helpful, and the cafe downstairs was awesome too.
Thin walls. You could hear everyone walking up the hallways and dragging their bags for checkout.

good location. techie
didnt have basic necessities. u d expect a tiny coffee machine, or microwave, or an iron or a fridge. there was nothing. bath was built fancy but the door was sliding which didnt stay close. kept sliding back so u cant shower or anything without having everyone else close their eyes

Sleek, friendly staff, I had a great room on the corner of the third floor. Few
minutes walk to the Metro, straightforward Uber from LAX. Did not try the cafe but was always busy.
Some water or cups for tap water would be nice.

I like the location which was why I picked this in the first place. Room is cute, and shower is cute too. Water pressure is great
Couple things, lack of amenities considering prices, and the molds. The room I stayed #412, the AC unit has molds and I think its because every time the shower is on, the whole room got humid. The vent in the bathroom is very weak, and because of that, humid lingers in the room for a while so you have to open the windows. The time I stayed the weather was around 60 degrees so opening up window was not a problem. If the weather was too hot, I probably would have complained that I cannot turn on the AC because it smells like mold. I also think that the vent that is attached to the AC needs to be cleaned out too.

loved the style and the location is perfect to get around, close to lots of food places! staff are lovely, food at h cafe is very delicious and an option to park your car securely right behind the hotel is a big plus as well!
the only negative was that there’s no sound proofing at all. if anyone walks in the hallway outside your room, it literally feels like they are inside your room. every step in the rooms above you is heard and every car noise outside feels like the windows are wide open.

I really love the receptionists, they were very polite to me and my family. I also love how they have employees that speak spanish!

The location worked great with what we had planned. Good food options nearby. The staff was very helpful when we needed utensils for food and other items.
The noise, you can hear a lot upstairs, in other rooms, and outside the windows.

the makeover looks soo much nicer than what it used to be (different owners, perhaps?) and staff always also incredibly friendly and sooo accommodating! The building is beautiful, I love how they utilized the space.
the beds are a little stiff, but honestly, everything else was 10/10.

The room had modern basic decor.
The room advertised as with a view but 3/4 th of the view from the window was BRICK WALL!!!

It was clean, staff was nice.
small room to accommodate two beds and bathroom layout was a good idea but wasn’t functional for two people.

swanky and well thought about amenities. comfortable, clean, and in a great location to travel around LA.
a little bit loud in terms of noise from the hallways or upstairs.
3.0 / 5.0
The decor and the shower configuration were good.
Many of the amenities were not available e.g. refrigerator in room, bar was closed, restaurant had limited hours as well room service. No cups or coffee in room.
