Staff and location were superb. The rooms were clean.
The bedroom only had ONE night stand (very inconvenient for one of the guests) and assumed there was a coffee maker in the room (website said in room coffee). I really wanted a coffee maker.
4.3
Nice room and hotel lobby
Several of the items that were supposed to be in the room were not in it and had to be requested/were unavailable. Also, there is no pool or sauna facilities on site - it is in another hotel five blocks away. Very disappointing

I love the design of the hotel, as well as the location
Unfortunately it did not have a pool.

Clean, well organized and centrally located.
No issues.

We loved the beautiful courtyard area for dining and pictures. The hotel overall was very upscale and beautiful to stay with friends!
The rooms could be a little bigger they felt very cramped. The toilets need to be updated as the flushing is delayed which was very inconvenient.

Hotel di classe, ben ristrutturato e in ottima posizione. Personale mediamente gentile.

Great location and fabulous amenities
The room was a little tight for 2 people and they didn’t offer room service

The hotel is located in a really cool building and the bar has a great vibe at the entrance. The rooms were really well decorated and had high quality toiletries.
Room was a bit small.

All new and super clean. Everything worked well and staff front desk and restaurant/bar very supportive and friendly.
Very good shower. New and comfy pillow.
The Avocado Toast was small, bread not easy to cut and egg wasn’t warm.

Love the bed very comfortable and the location of the hotel. Very nice hotel!

The whole experience was truly wonderful. I booked it last minute during a crazy storm and took a chance. I was NOT disappointed! The room was quite (no doors in hallways were heard), and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food was great for both dinner and breakfast. AND I squealed with delight when I saw they had Le Labo's Santal 33 as their bathroom products!
The only thing I could do with more of was the general WiFi in the dining area, but I was on a computer, so I suppose it was ok. Just not as fast as I would have liked to work efficiently.

The ambiance was nice and smelled really good.
Our shower door was not installed properly so it did not close all the way. This led to flooding in the bathroom because the water from the shower was spilling out from under the door. I did let the staff know but I have no idea if they did anything about it. Also, we were put in a lower level room without being asked, I would have paid extra for a room in the upper floors if the staff had even bothered to ask. The towel hangers are suctioned to the wall and fell to the ground. Some of the staff are snobby and don’t actually care about the guests.

The property is in a great location downtown, within walking distance of several nice areas. The staff is very friendly and the rooms, though a bit small, are comfortable. Given the high prices in San Diego, this place is a good value.
In general, things were quite good, so not much to complain about. There is no option to self-park, so if you have a car, you will have to use the value service, which is a bit costly. That said, the valet staff is nice and friendly.

The staff was very welcoming, got me in quickly, the room was great, the shower was awesome, , great water pressure , slept pretty good, had coffee in the morning, checked out 123,
I wasn't able to break a 100 dollar bill.i was told to go across the street or down the road, that they didn't take cash in the hotel, I had already carried my baggage down the stairs brought it back up to go in to ask if I could make change I offered to buy something I was told no, cash on hand in a hotel for whatever should not be a no in my opinion, but other then that everything else eas great
Oh yeah, the ceiling in my room was either dirty or the paint was chipping room 205

They upgraded my room, the staff was nice, and the daily $35 credit was handy if you didn't feel like leaving the hotel room. The food and drinks were also pretty good.
The cozy room was very small and bare-bones. It was comfy but the room didn't even include a table or chair for you to eat or set your stuff on. Bed, TV, small nightstand, and that's it besides the bathroom.

Different ,aimed at young people, not great for old or senior people
Table service was uneven. Information on how to use temperature and tv/wifi was lacking in rooms.

Loved the design of the space and lobby in the historical building. The bar was a treat with high quality craft cocktails. Location was perfect for enjoying the city.
Would have liked some form of coffee maker in the room/mini fridge. Not many amenities other than a bed and a bathroom. There was also heavy rain and the our room began to leak in the morning, which forced us to move out of our room early. The leak slowly grew to 4 different spots along the window side of the room. They were accommodating for the most part about it, but it was disappointing. Thank god we did not have any valuables that got ruined.

This boutique hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed for a stay in San Diego. The location in the Gaslamp quarter was perfect with easy access to restaurants as well as the Embarcadero. The staff was all friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The room was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space. We were easily able to request a mini fridge and microwave which was incredibly helpful. The bonus items included in the destination fee were nice perks.
The only complaint we had was that the corner room (first world problems) we had was right on the corner of the street which was a bit on the loud side, but fortunately the hotel provide a sound machine on the nightstand which helped. If you are a decent sleeper, the noise wouldn't be an issue.
4.3
It was stylish and well located. Nice skin care products provided.
There was a destination fee and over priced a la carte breakfast.

Excellent location, great staff
The mandatory charge for services we didn't necessarily need or want was unfair. It seems like a way to increase the price of the room without the prior knowledge of the client. Having only one chair was inconvenient. Would have been nice to have a small fridge and coffee maker. Toilet seat did not stay up! TV remote was very difficult to operate; had to press extremely hard.
4.3
Location and staff were amazing! The room itself was good, clean and seemed a good size for one person. Great bathroom.
I would expect more facilities in the room at the price point the rooms are at. At the very least a coffee machine. Room service would be a nice given they have a restaurant on site.

our checkin the young woman was rude initially - I was giving her the benefit of the doubt - "maybe cuz its almost midnight or I booked last minute literally etc" - I had to mentally try to gage her so shell warm up to me - I travel all over the world 2-4 times a year and she made a negative impact on me
the check out crew though was awesome there was a young man that was very helpful made for a personal relations job same with the restaurant people

Die Einrichtung war modern und ansprechend
Für mich persönlich war es zu hellhörig

Location to airport
Rooms approx size of a prison cell. I have bug bites all over me. Rooms seem less expensive than rest in San diego except once there an addition $52 valet parking , which there is no parking lot so have to do. Plus $46 resort fee. ..umm what resort. Beds were hard as a rock. Didn't sleep at all between bed and itching all night. Would not recommend to anyone. Also, says queen bed. It is not! I have one at home this was a full at best.

Great location. Clean and very well presented.Facilities including restaurant. Decent fitness centre.
