Th only thing that I didn't like was the complimentary breakfast it could have been a little bit better .

nothing only plus us the privacy. elevator is outside
elevator is outside street ppl can just walk in, poor customer service barely speak English, walls dirty shower floors when you use it, I think this place has bed bugs, overall experience was 3/10 location is convenient that is the only plus

so nothing
i went back after the fiasco with the cleaning and cops and they banned me for leaving a review I told them I would leave like if ur laughing in my face threatening to call the cops bc I said I was gonna leave a review then make nice when the police show up then double back again to be petty, for no reason, the fact you can’t take accountability for abusing your authority and for lacking customer service skill is crazy, since leaving that review the rates have been cut in half, I shouldn’t have to fear leaving anonymous reviews

so it had a private entrance and a parking lot
the beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast is just cookies and sunny d, I had stayed there for a week then was told I had to switch rooms and then they never switched and I had to fight to get my room cleaned, the guy was laughing at me and called the cops when I asked him to clean and at first he said no, then when the cops axtuallt showed up he had literally rushed the housekeepin to my
room to save himself, the cops literally laughed in his face we were all pretty confused as to why he called them to begin with.. as promised I said I would be leaving a review about my experience and honestly it’s not worth the money this is a bare minimum hotel If ur gonna spend 150-200 on a room and 300 plus for a weekend night, it should be some where nice and cleaner and with better service, personally the one up the road a little
more is better

Good value. Close to a lot of things. Appreciated the free gifts.
Room was a little dirty.
Burn marks on the blankets/ walls. Yellow slime on the bathroom door.

The location was convenient
Let's start with the "parking". I'm from Brooklyn and yes it is difficult to have select spaces, however, you should edit your advertisement of having spaces. Parking is literally 4 spaces that folks push to 7 by blocking others in a tightly squeeze "hall"...which is not secured btw. Then the elevator that anyone off the street can push and go up to rooms. Lastly, the cleaning service needs to be terminated! Long strands of hair everywhere, place smells like smoke coming through the walls and vent, sheets are questionable. I literally brought products to clean the place while I was there (out of desperation I stayed). We wanted something reasonable for a family and I'm deeply disappointed.
