Excellent mid-town apartment

We needed a last-minute stay in mid-town Atlanta (because our original plan fell through), and this location worked out perfectly for my daughter and I. The price for this location was reasonable, especially since we booked it late at night, 1/2 hour or so before actually entering the premise. We didn't make use of the complete location, but it is a full-featured one-bedroom apartment, with a fold-out sofa. Sheets, towel, etc. were provided and clean.

A significant security deposit is required and had to be paid outside the Booking app. It was refunded without problems a few days after our stay.

Cute small apartment in a great location in midtown

Located very close to a mart station which i could easily walk to, near some good restaurants which are walkable (if you like walking) , Was nice to come back to after a busy of activities, property was clean and small, in a quiet neighborhood.

Not much complaints other than the wifi speed, there were days were i spent the evenings in the property and had some challeneges with the wifi speed but other than that the hosts were pretty responsive and made sure i got what i needed when responding

Nice place, abusive deposit policy

The lodging facilities were very comfortable, well located.

The 300USD deposit. The host didn’t return it entirely, just transfered 286. Nothing in the apartment was left out of place. I barely used the apartment, I was out all day, just went to sleep. Booking.com should check these policies. They are abusive with the guest.

It is a clean and comfortable place to stay.

It feels like home. You can find everything you need and be as comfortable as you can be. Also, Andre is very helpful with any issues. I came to Atlanta for the first time and this hotel made it a great experience.

Located in the amazing area. Close by to a park, grocery store, restaurants.

If the natural light is crucial for you, this apartment is not your choice. Also pay attention that before receiving the door lock code you will have to venmo $300 deposit. Before that host won't even talk to you.

This was a great small space for the 2 of us while visiting our child at SCAD.

Location was convenient and easy to find. We appreciated the free parking off street and cleanliness of the home.

The AC unit was incredibly loud and the living room furniture was not comfy.

Great location, but needs a better option for security deposits.

Fantastic location & apartment was thoughtfully furnished.

$300 Security deposit had to be paid via PayPal or other cash apps direct to an individual rather than a registered business, no option to do via credit card. Just didn’t feel overly secure with those payment requirements.

The perfect location for exploring Midtown with an exceptional host!

location was fantastic and our host, Andre, was very communicative and accommodating. Despite it not having the most comfortable furnishings, I would stay here again because Andre was so great.

Bed was really comfortable and pillows super flat.

Perfect location, friendly and communicative host and quite a spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities that one needs to stay for a while.

We were required to leave a deposit of $300 and we were only informed about this 24h before our arrival. Andre was very friendly and communicative, and we received the deposit back, but it was a very unpleasant surprise while traveling. We were not used to this, and think it should have been listed somewhere before our booking was completed.

Location is perfect. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy parking (included). Friendly and responsive host. No issues with $300 security deposit via third party service.

HVAC system can be a little bit noisy in the bedroom during warm night. We used it only in the daytime.

Overall, The location is a great location in Midtown Atlanta! Walking distance to everything you need. Bars, Piedmont Park and local stores.

Best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at all around!

Excellent airbnb! Super clean, well stocked with greatly appreciated extras (thoughtful for travelers needs), nicely decorated. Parking was easy and onsite. Great location with easy walk to park and convenient to downtown attractions. Will stay again if back in Atlanta. Very responsive manager. 11/10 rating!

good location but if you are expecting a reasonable host I would not recommend.

property was well located

read all the ‘important info’ located at the bottom of the page. you are required to pay a $300 security deposit. They don’t want to accept a secure method of payment or make you pay the fees (ie PayPal). it was very unprofessional and made our family feel very uncomfortable. They will also not give a refund, we contacted Booking customer service and they requested on our behalf. they still refused us.
