Would never stay again

The staff never answered the phone. I tried to call down from my room several times and nobody answered. The lady at the front told me that one of the phones was broken. My tub would fill up with water. The tv in my room never worked. Online it says the incidental fee is $50 but it’s $100. Additionally the breakfast bar made me sick. The male staff with the dreads was rude to other customers. Everytime I’d walk past they’d be standing around on their phone. One of my keycards didn’t work. The lights in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off (the ones on the end tables) I had to unplug them. In the middle of my sleep something underneath the end tables broke. Wish they let you add videos on here cause I have recordings.

Very much un-comfortable and worthless

Many things in the room was no working like temperature controller, exhaust fan in washroom, no intercom phone etc. I did raised a complaint but no-one cared.

Die Lage ist super zentral, wenn man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Downtown möchte. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Größen sind unterschiedlich, bei meinen Freunden war das Doppelzimmer aufgrund der zwei Koffer und des Handgepäcks beengt. Mein Zimmer war deutlich größer. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, mit Auswahl. Mich persönlich stört jedoch, dass nur Einweggeschirr verwendet wird und alles zusätzlich nochmal in Plastik verpackt ist.

Not quite family sized

Location was perfect, very close to popular attractions.

The elevators were tiny any the rooms were too. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

I had an ejoyable stay.

Good location, close to olympic park and the convention center. Good breakfast in the morning. Close to the Hawks State Farm statium. Attached to a conveince store.

I enjoyed my stay. The price was a little high.

I need a refund for Thursday and then I'll be very pleased

Good location

I was told my first night was cancelled and I definitely didn't cancel it. I prepaid and then had to pay again when I arrived. I paid for the same room twice.

Very Disappointing!!

it was close to our venue

our check in time was 4 and our room was not ready until 7 . we were told at 4 that it would be ready in 45 minutes but it was 3 hours later and we were late for our concert . the valet parking was full and we had to park on the street . the entire experience was so disappointing and the hotel was so unorganized. i had to get dressed in the hotel lobby restroom which was a mess . no toilet paper or paper towels to be found. the staff was so stressed and unprepared. we will never stay there again.

Meglio non si può

Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana e vicino alle principali attrazioni di Atlanta. Letto comodissimo, doccia ottima, la colazione è decisamente il fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel, per varietà e qualità. Sono arrivato 3 ore prima rispetto all'orario del check-in e mi hanno dato ugualmente la camera. Bravissimi

It sucks. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. So many customers where having issues

The valet service was terrible. Took me over 2 hours to get my car and I missed my son’s birthday party. My gun was stolen out of my car by one of the valet employees

Nice stay until ready to leave...

Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent for the event I was in Atlanta for.

Valet parking was AWFUL! It cost $40 to park overnight. On Sunday the lobby of the hotel was packed with guests waiting for their vehicles! It took over an hour for me to get my car! There were only two valet workers for an entire hotel full of guests. There were a lot of unhappy guests waiting & venting!!!

Great place to stay in downtown Atlanta for a good price.

The property is located close to the State Farm Arena, which is why I was in town, it’s always a nice place to stay when I visit.

Nothing, I actually feel like they have made some nice changes since the last time I was there.

ロケーションは抜群に良かったです。水族館、スタジアムまで歩いていくことができます。朝食はそれなりに充実していて、二日間食べましたが、楽しめました。ベッドも清潔でした。

シンクの蛇口から、熱いお湯しか出なかったです。水が出ないので、朝顔を洗うとき、熱くてよく洗えなかった。眼も洗いたかったけど、熱くてできなかった。このことは、ホテルの掃除の担当の人は気づいていないのかもしれません。駐車場があると書いてありましたが、実際は、バレーパーキングで、別途お金を払う必要がありました。また、そのため車を出してもらうのにとても待つ必要があります。時間を見越してスマートフォンで依頼する必要がありました。

Nice hotel horrible parking situatio

Very comfortable bed. Exceptional Free Breakfast. Great location for attending downtown venues.

Parking for check in was horrible. Not enough valet parking attendees, got a parking ticket from the city of Atlanta while trying to check into hotel. ( Desk clerk toward me not to worry that I would not get a ticket ) Very upset. The hotel should have to pay my $75 parking ticket!!

It was clean!

Well before going into our room, the door was already creaked open and there was a random guy in there with a drill and didn’t look like he worked there, he said nothing and quickly ran out.other than that it was good

Breakfast was great; location great; check in was a nightmare

Check in because of booking thru third party causes a delay and I was not prepared for an extra hour and half wait.

Good quality and close to arenas

The location is great. Many places are in the area for entertainment and eating. We went to Mercedes Benz arena and this location was excellent. Breakfast was included and was very good with a hot meal and options for any type of breakfast really.

Cleaning could be a little better. Eating area had a LOT of fruit flies and tables needed to be wiped off better.

Quiet, especially for being in Downtown Atlanta. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, and they actually have full size bottles of those plus body wash and lotion.

Great choice and it’s worth every penny!!!

It’s breakfast, location which is most walking distance and friendly & helpful staff.

I like overall the property but the way Booking.com where I booked for twin bed since I’ll be sharing room but when we reached the hotel they gave us one Queen bed. After almost 24 hours of travel I can no longer argue. Just to go to our assigned room.

Very small which I could deal with however, it wasn’t very clean. Dust on everything. The walls in the room was dirty. The furniture was damaged (like someone was chewing on the edges). We had to move the fridge and microwave to the power bar because the outlets they were plugged into didn’t work. It was muggy although the AC was on. The bathroom was small which is fine except the tub drain wasn’t draining properly so we were standing in a third of water while showering and I’m pretty sure there was dried blood on the curtains. No exaggeration. If we had to spend more than one night there, I would have left.
