The location of the property was spot on from the aquarium. Overall it was nice.
Only one elevator was working. So we had to keep taking the stairs.

Location
The price was little high for the interior age of the room.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean. Very quiet. Our room had a view of the city skyline which was impressive at night. Easy 15 minute walk from the MARTA station.
The air con unit was set too warm for us and we couldn't lower the setting.

I liked the close proximity to Mercedes Benz station.
There was not a great selection of restaurants close by.

Clean overall
Parking is outrageous. We spent 240 dollars in parking for 2 night stay as they made us pay an extra day while we were at the aquarium our last day. Only here 36 hours but had to pay 3 days for two vehicles. Also hot tub was super cold only 60 degrees unbearable. There are way better places around for the price and it ends up costing way more here than a nicer place elsewhere would be for the same money but the time all the charges add up

The only thing that I like that it was close to the aquarium
I didn’t like how the staff didn’t pay attention, and I got charged for somebody else’s fees. The bathroom door can get stuck. It was hard to open. The Glass door where the iron was kept coming off the tracks. Be bad or uncomfortable and it said two queen size bed. It was more like two full-size beds.

Loved the location. Close to the events we were there for. We were walking distance from watching the Atlanta Hawks NBA team and we also visited the Cola Museum and the college football hall of fame museum. Felt perfectly safe walking around the area. great experience.
I didn't like paying extra for the parking garage but it was in a very convenient location. Much better than leaving our vehicle on the street.

Breakfast was expensive but good.
Location was neat know about extra pay for parking (also expensive)
People were nice
Didn’t Know about extra fee/pay parking. Not included in room. Expensive and didn’t like that.
Toilet clogged the first flush we walked in, but then was ok

The location was the bonus. Walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and lots of restaurants!!
The only thing I would change is we were 4 people in a 4 person room but only towels and wash rags for 3. Just something to think about for house keeping.

Terrific location near the convention center, aquarium, centennial park and college football Hall of fame.
Nothing, was a great overall experience.

The 7th floor rooftop view. The location in proximity to EVERYTHING Downtown Atlanta has to offer. The amenities!!!
Nothing horrendous. Just poor elevator service and lack of communication when something can't be accommodated.

Convenient to everything ! Great staff! Great breakfast!
Our only complaint was that the toilet in our room ran randomly all day long! Notified the staff when we left hopefully they fix it for the next guest!! Room 1105! We had to keep the door to the bathroom shut at night or it would keep you awake!

The room was OK. NOT a penthouse as listed, but OK.
Charging $40.00 for parking that is NOT listed on Booking.com
Charging $20.00 for breakfast. Really? Bad form.

Location was good, near the aquarium
The sink and bathtub did not drain at all! If the bathroom had been cleaned before we arrived, and someone had even tried to rinse the sink or tub with any water, they would have noticed how stopped up they were, so it was obvious neither were cleaned before we arrived. The thermostat in the room did not work and despite being set at 72 and heat it was freezing cold and about 60° in the room all weekend. The breakfast buffet was not worth $20 a person, you could’ve gotten the same meal for free at a hotel down the street. They only offered a $40 credit for one night of parking. For $200 a night I would have expected a clean room and functional heat so we were comfortable.

Great Breakfast. I had no problems. Thanks will stay there again

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn as our jumping off point to our visit to Atlanta. The Georgia Aquarium is across the street as are the Coca Cola Museum and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (a must see!).
The hotel’s Mexican restaurant, Dos Bocas, was supposed to be open until 9 PM. Our party stopped by the restaurant at 8:15 PM for a late meal. We were told the restaurant was closing and there were still people enjoying a meal. There was no reason for why we could not get service. We ordered carry out as our only option at that hour. The meal was terrible, plus the meal was expensive. Try Twin Smoker’s BBQ or Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria instead.

The room was great! The location was perfect, we were staying downtown to go to the Falcons game. We took an Uber to the stadium, then walked back from it.

Loved how safe it was in downtown. You had to use your key to even get to the front desk after hours, which made sure Noone not registered was gonna walk in .
You have to pay for everything, parking regardless if you use valet $50 a day ,or yourself $40 a day . Breakfast was a little restaurant on another floor or you have to walk around the block to get a bite ...they do have deli stuff in the lobby which is double the price ...but other than that .great ...we figured we could park ,Breakfast be included not really go back out ..not the case

Staff, location, bar and lobby
Room was shabby. It was clean but felt dirty. The walls were disgusting. Drippings on almost all the furniture. So happy I was only there for 10 hours.

Front desk lady from Mississippi. Proximity to attractions.
The value. Had I known I would've chose a different location being money wise.

The location was perfect. We came to Atlanta to go to the Georgia Aquarium so being able to walk there was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking was a great perk also. Overall great experience and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
We liked everything about the hotel. We really have no negative feedback at all! My only negative thing from the entire trip is the traffic! Being a "country girl," I just wasn't ready for it!
