Top Lage, stylische Einrichtung, Sauberkeit akzeptabel.

Sehr stylisch eingerichtet, großzügige Zimmer. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Die Lage ist spitze.

Die Klimaanlage/Heizung ist sehr sehr laut. Sauberkeit war akzeptabel. Kein Wasserkocher. Im Bad wenig Möglichkeiten um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Loved Everything About This Hotel!

Loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Literally less than 10mins in walking to Michigan Ave. The rooms were spacious for me and my guy and we loved the boutique style of everything and how masculine/feminine everything was. The smell inside was also heavenly. Staff was also pretty amazing. They gave us suggestions on food and things to do. Will return for future visits.

Memorable and satisfied

Extremely clean and modern decor. Loved how dark and moody the hotel was. Room was extremely dark I slept very well. This will be the only hotel I stay at when visiting Chicago. Perfect location.

Very good

Between emergency vehicle sirens, hearing running/draining water from other units, and something that sounded like tornado sirens (that wasn't), getting to sleep or staying asleep was challenging.

Hugely disappointed. Over promised and under-delivered.

The room was nice and modern. Everything was well presented.

Valet parking was $65 per night plus tips. They also promote robots that would deliver to your room via alexa. Made a couple of orders but nothing came. Items on the menu were not available. In the morning for checkout, no greeting, no asking how the stay was, just took the keys without even a goodbye. I think they rely on the idea that the hotel is so fancy that they don't need to provide customer service.

Great location. A very modernistic design which you will either love or hate. Great robots to deliver to the rooms that might actually be friendlier than some of the staff!

Unusual design and won’t be to everyone’s taste. Staff gave the air of being slightly uninterested. Room not cleaned at all on one day and then arrived at 8.20 am the next. Great robots to deliver to the rooms. English did not seem to be the first language of many in the restaurant. Tried to get a room with a bath but that didn’t seem possible to do as the lady on reception didn’t seem to know which ones they were. Overall very expensive for what it was and I wouldn’t go back.

great location, really cool room and fixtures. great restaurant/ bar in the hotel.

needs some upgrading here and there, especially with the TVs and lighting in the rooms (the lights in my room flickered quite a bit).

While staying at the hotel Nicholas was a great helps. I had a cake delivery that got misplaced and Nicholas took the extra care to make sure it was found and delivered promptly. The room was large with a great view of the city. I loved that it was freshen up daily. It was a great location for walking to everyone we wanted to see. Starbucks Reserve, the Art Institute, the Bean and the river architecture tour. Adding on the breakfast vouchers was a great value. It was a bit of a splurge to stay here, but as it was my birthday, I was super happy with the decision and the entire stay.

Very good

The hotel is very interesting. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant. You have an amazon echo in the room that you can use for room service and other misc things. Room service is delivered with robots which is something I've never seen done before and gives it a very unique experience. The breakfast is not included since it's served by their restaurant, so you order what you like.

Fantastic hotel close to everything I needed

Loved the location, close to Michigan Avenue. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Superb

I loved this hotel. Great location, room was beautiful. There were so many little detailed that were appreciated.

My only complaint was that the room was serviced while a do not disturb sign was in place.

location of the property is close to magnificent mile and shopping

really no likes; if anything that caught my eye of concern was that staff does not clean the metal frame above the bed which was dusty and noticed when the lights were on
