Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable.

The sofa bed’s blanket was very light and the staff was not able to give us an extra duvet for it, so we couldn’t use it. They didn’t seem to care or want to help make our stay as good as possible.

Quick and close to Disneyland. Very clean hotel!!

Pool was open until midnight!! About 10 minute walk to Disneyland.

When our room you can hear freeway just outside room. I understand hotel is next to freeway when booked but maybe hotel should invest into more soundproof windows.

Very good place to stay, comfortable and very close to Disneyland.

It was very close to the parks, it was nice and the staff was very friendly.

The parking was $35 per night and it only served breakfast.

I can’t wait to come back!

The property was walking distance away from Disneyland and it was far enough away to not be in a crowded area. Even when walking back late from Disney, the walk was EXTREMELY safe and relaxing. A perk was being able to see Disney from our window and watching the fireworks in our bed. One of the most magical moments!

Beautiful hotel needs better staff.

The rooms were clean. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were huge and had everything I needed for my stay.

The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and seemed annoyed any time there was a concern. The parking machine kept failing, causing us to be late to our activities.

Great stay and excellent location for walking to Disneyland.

I travelled with two children ages 10 and 12 and this King suit was perfect for us. The fold out bed, the extra space and 2 TV's made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and it exceeded my expectations, it had everything we needed.

The shower head needs attention it was leaking/spraying out into the bathroom floor. We tried to ensure we put the shower curtain against the shower head wall to prevent the water spraying onto the bathroom floor.

It was nice and clean & the staff were very friendly! I liked that there was a mini market down in the lobby for snacks and some necessities like toothpaste and toothbrushes you could purchase in case you forgot to pack some.

Clean and roomy and not far from Disneyland by walk. Unfortunately for us the Bed was hard.

I travelled with my daughter and the King room was more than big enough. The room was clean. Check in was smooth.

We did struggle a little with the smell of cigarette in our room. The Uncomfortable Bed gave us sore backs and headaches the next day. The facilities (spa) was out for repair - this should have been on the reservation as it was 1 reason why we booked. No breakfast included and what was available seemed expensive.

Great Value

The location is perfect for a Disney vacation. The pool is great, we grabbed breakfast in the hotel before the park and it was super convenient.

No air in the room (can't open the windows) Sliding door in the bathroom - not very comfy with little kids...

Perfect Location for Disney

Excellent location for Disney, good pool & gym, friendly & helpful staff.

Daytime reception staff were awesome. Room was big and comfortable. On the bus 7 route to Disneyland

Disappointed

The property and room were really nice.

The room we were given was next to the freeway, we were unable to sleep. This should be mentioned during booking the hotel backs onto the freeway and certain rooms would be noisy. Had we got a room at the other end of the hotel it would have been fine. I did email the manager and he has offered some compensation however we would rather of had room that we could of slept in.

Amazing hotel, walkable to Disney parks

Stayed here for a 4 night disney trip and loved this place. Our room was HUGE with a big bed and a little living room area. The walk was maybe 10 mins (we’re fast walkers) or 15 at a push, really really easy but understandably there are closer hotels if you have little kids or less able to do this walk. Really comfy stay, all the amenities we needed, and the restaurant staff were great fun.

The room hairdryer stopped working temporarily (very old and smelled of burning) but the concierge replaced it quickly.

Won't come back, the staff was horibble

the room was nice and well equipped but...

The staff at the hotel were very unwelcoming, every time I asked a question they were impatient and weren't nice and made me feel bad for talking to them. On top of that the billing was different than what I ordered on booking.com and waited for 1 hour for it to be fixed. I don't know what is the deal but this really makes a visit a terrible one, wouldn't recommend it.

Great property close to Disneyland

Great location for Disney parks and Garden Walk. The room was huge - almost like a suite. The pool area is a little small but really nice. Didn't use the fitness centre but looked big and well equipped for a hotel of it's size. Really quiet given its next to the interstate and no noise from other rooms even with families with young kids staying in the next rooms. Weird thing to write but it smelt amazing throughout too! You should sell candles of whatever you're using - you'd make a killing! Would definitely stay again!

Bar shuts between 10am and 4pm. I understand that most people are out at Disney but I couldn't get even a coffee on site (I asked at 10:15am). Also, my wife and I wanted to use the pool during this period but couldn't get anything from the bar so had to make a trip to Walgreens to get drinks / supplies. Given the amount of staff on the desk in this quiet period, it doesn't feel like it would be a burden to serve during this time. There's a lack of food options on site too. This was the biggest issue we encountered so not a huge deal in reality (first world problems and all that...) The shop is handy but could do with some more practical items like phone charging cables, batteries and a wider range of food items. Again had to go off site to get these items. Would be ideal if pool was heated as it could be used across the entirety of the opening times, which are really good (10pm / 11pm close is substantially better than MGM we stayed at in Vegas).

Super comfortable beds, great swimming pool and games for kids and families.

I would suggest to add more options of food for the bar/restaurant menu.
