incredible national park views, bed was comfy, free parking, lovely crowd
front desk wouldn’t check me in at 4pm, as they were too busy.. asked me to come back in 30 minutes… but I was next in line so I didn’t understand that. the exterior of building had leaves stuck between the banister and the walls so walking up the stairs to get to my room was tricky. the room was pleasant but no cups for the coffee maker. little things in comparison to the beauty of the place & the clientele.

Food was good and location/view was great.
Dinner was a bit pricey for what you get.

it is the park. and staff are nice.
The bathroom is clean but the rest of the guest room is not. I had to wipe our table and chairs before having dinner in the room.
There are so much dust in the furniture, they looks grey instead of their natural wood color. This may be acceptable for a motel, but definitely not for 250+ dollars a night even at the winter season.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to stay in a clean room. Also there is No WIFI. Staying here is a little better than camping outside because it has toilet and shower.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location can’t be beat.
The food seemed a little expensive at the restaurant, but it’s worth the convenience if you don’t have you’re own food.

The staff and the location were incredible. The main lobby of the hotel with the large fireplace was very nice.
The value wasn't great. The room was expensive but was very basic

The property, as in the nature, lake, woods, paths - absolutely STUNNING! Seriously, we could not have asked for more gorgeous surroundings.
There was no charm or "heart" in the rooms. Ours was cramped, the beds were uncomfortable, (I expected that there was no tv) BUT there was no mini-fridge, microwave, the bathroom was very basic, the carpet was old, worn and didn't feel clean, super basic decor (as in three blank white walls--that could have used a fresh coat of paint, and a couple of black and white framed photos), there was a Krueg coffee maker, but no coffee pods (we had to go ask for some--I don't really like using pods either). The room was almost $300 per night. My husband and wished that we had stayed in Port Angeles at an Airbnb, and then drove over and spent the day at the lake in the gorgeous setting.

The view here alone is worth the trip. Very beautiful trails throughout the property. The dining room in the lodge was enjoyable, a bit pricey but the food was good and the view is great! We stayed in the Pyramid rooms October 22 2021. The fall leaves turning and scenery were gorgeous! Friendly staff.
The room itself is a bit outdated for price but very quaint and isolated. A great getaway to escape for a weekend in nature. No cell service, TV or phone.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings. The historic lodge was wonderful. They did a good job organizing meals. They were limited to 25% of capacity. I would recommend making dinner reservations before arrival. We got last res of the night. I overheard some guests quite unhappy that they couldn’t have a sit down meal. The resort did make arrangements for take away meals so no one went hungry.
No suggestions, we were very happy.

Beautiful sunsets from the Adirondack chairs lining the lakefront. Friendly staff and gorgeous main lodge. Would stay here again. Good value for location inside park and the beauty.
Pricey restaurant but delicious. Not much else to eat in area however.
