staff is fantastic

the staff was fantastic. very friendly and helpful

the hotel was not very clean. the room was big but uncomfortable. no where to really sit unless, you sit on the bed. the room is large enough for a small table and perhaps another chair

Good enough, pricey for the hotel quality.

Nice enough hotel, pretty pricey for what it was and where it is but satisfied enough.

Towels lol.. there was only two given for three nights and two people- asked for more and was told we could only exchange them, would have loved to be able to dry my hair and body without using my beach towel.

Hopefully it was an isolated incident.

The room was very clean as most people stated. The entire hotel was very clean.

The staff at check-in and check-out was the same individual who was rude. The other staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, there was some mechanical issue and I am not sure what it was, but it sounded and felt like the building was shaking every few minutes from 130AM on which did not allow me to get rest.

I would recommend staying at the property

The size of the room was not only great but the room was clean! My son loved the “snack room” located in the lobby!

Good place to stay for UD activities

Convenient location for railroad station and university. $8 Uber to the college. The front desk person let me stay an extra hour for checkout. Clean, cool, comfortable room.

The gym was good.

The fridge-freezer is too noisy and the rooms close to the main rooms don't have sufficient sound insulation. It's difficult to get a good sleep with all the noises from both inside and outside! Some of the staff aren't helpful.

NOTHING was good about the breakfast unless you were desperate and wanted a nutrigrain bar Go elsewhere for some real breakfast food

unaceptable breakfast it was a bag with a few goodies in it not what I call a breakfast so we had to ordered out Even the coffee was gross and they only had powdered milk (You REALLY should support local farmers and their products!)

Don’t cut cost on cleaning.

The location and staff were just awesome.

The pillows and covers need to be washed. they smell like sweat, despite the fact that they had clean pillowcases and cover cases.

I will avoid Candlewood properties from this point on in my travels.

No breakfast was offered, one of my issues :(

No amenities - no breakfast, parking was a nightmare, the area was sketchy at night, desk personnel at night was unfriendly.

Rooms were big, place needs an update. But bed was comfortable and for our one night stay it was perfect.

Wish they would replace rugs with laminate flooring but I hate rugs.
