Incredibly beautiful hotel

As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations! As there was not a hair in the soup to be found, we can wholeheartedly give a full score here...🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Great option for Santa Barbara

Beautiful hotel in prime location for SB. Staff were excellent and naturally welcoming. Room was lovely and in very good condition. very child friendly hotel

like all the hotels in these types of locations California the cost of the valet parking (only option) is ridiculous when you think about how much you’re paying for a room!

Sadly we are disappointed but the style of the hotel was great and was extremely clean!!

the style and the cleanliness

Out room was in a completely separate building from the main hotel. consequently there was no bar or restaurant; we never saw a single staff member and no security at the entrance!! just a note to be vigilant about people following you in!! felt more like a random apartment. the balcony view was laughable . it was obscured by a wall

It costs a lot but you get what you pay for!

Location is excellent, near the beach and a number of great restaurants nearby. Room service food was the best I've ever had! The rooftop pool and hottub were amazing. We spent most of our time there and loved every minute of it! Our room was spacious and very quiet.

Our room had minor damage on the furniture and cabinets, like a dog had chewed on things and they hadn't been fixed. The beds were too soft for our taste, but that seems to be a luxury thing in most hotels. The hotel is REALLY expensive and there is no option for parking except valet which was more $ than advertised.

Location great but not worth the money

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

When we checked in no one mentioned where anything was. Gym, pool etc. We asked for water on 3 different occasions and no one showed up. We were there for 3 nights and no towels were replaced or trash taken out. Gym also didn’t have water. Unfortunately, besides location and the beautiful decorations, I felt it was way too expensive for what we received. We travel often and this did not exceed our expectations.

Disappointing

Location.

The hotel overcharged us the wrong price and it was so hard to communicate with them to fix the problem. It felt like they doesn't care about customers and just want your money. It really sabotaged our experience with them. With this poor customer service, I think they don't deserve to be a five-star hotel.

the front desk stuff were very nice and helpful the location

the in room dining was very bad! not only the menu has limited options, but also the stuff were not helpful, we asked them to make our breakfast omelette in healthy way but they told us that the chef refused to do that because he only uses oil and butter for the omelettes!

The rooms were lovely and large.

The pool was too small and one day no one was there to take our order at the pool. The hotel didn’t have any restaurants on site. Room service ended at 8 PM. There was no games room or communal area for kids. The hotel was over priced for what was offered.
