About this house rental

Bunting Brixham Cottage is a 3 bedroom marine town house conveniently situated near to Berry Head nature reserve and Shoalstone beach, situated in a quiet residential area with easy parking about a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike.

During the peak summer season our minimum stay is 7 nights with changeover on a Saturday. Outside of the peak season we accept short break bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Please contact us for a competitive quote for short breaks .

Ground Floor; Large entrance conservatory set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky and PS3 game console and games, dining table and 6 chairs. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and dressing table. Panoramic views across the bay. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with Bath, shower-over, WC and wash basin.

Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay.

Bunting Brixham Cottage has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available if required.

One well-behaved dog welcome subject to our pet policy as detailed in our terms and conditions of booking.

We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation. A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. On sent la volonté de mettre à disposition des vacanciers ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à l'intérieur. Seul petit reproche, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner (1 seul saladier !). Très belle vue, environnement calme, tout en étant à 10mn à pied de la piscine d'eau de mer et 15mn du port et du centre. Une bonne surprise : le restaurant de la piscine fait une très bonne cuisine pas très chère : coquilles St Jacques délicieuses, on s'est régalés !

We had a great stay and the property and all fixtures and fittings were of a superior standard. Property was clean and ideal for extended family. No problem with parking on road. Only niggles were lack of a toilet brush in downstairs shower and toilet and the coat hooks needs to be redrilled and plugged. I would happily recommend this property. We were lucky to have lovely weather but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so good.

This house was perfect for our family. Lovely sea views from both double rooms and the living room. Perfect set up for the family with everything there we needed. Just a 15 minute walk to the Harbour (longer back as it was uphill but we really enjoyed it). We loved it so much we definitely recommend and are hoping to go again next year! Thank you for setting it up to make our stay so enjoyable. Such friendly neighbours too!

This property exceeded my families expectations, even the teenagers were impressed. Clean and tidy with bedding and towels and other extras such as coffee and tea. Couldn't fault anything apart from traffic on way home. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the moment we walked in through the door the first impression was amazing. Everything was so fresh and clean and the decoration is very tasteful, totally in-keeping with a seaside setting. The views of the sea are fabulous and the whole atmosphere is comforting and relaxing. We would love to return.

Have stayed at Bunting four times now and it never disappoints, it is extremely well equipped and clean also it accepts dogs. Bunting is convienatly situated for some of Devons best places to visit. I would recommend Bunting to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.

Bunting really is a home from home. A welcoming & very comfortable holiday home, fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing & enjoyable holiday. Beautiful sea views (especially from the top bedroom) & only a short walk down the he hill into brixham which is full of charm. Will definitely be rebooking.
