Comfortable bed, lots of space, decently equipped kitchen, clean design, nice pool, ease of using key fob.
The hallways were very dirty, the washer in the unit didn't work, the cabinet door was falling off in the bathroom, and one of the recessed lights in the kitchen was hanging out of the ceiling. These seem like basic maintenance things that could have been checked.

Common areas were excellent. Pool and lounge and work rooms were beautiful. Unit itself is large and spacious. Relatively new. Very convenient having a laundry machine in the unit. Balcony was a plus though nothing much to see.
Zero staff. You have to figure everything out on your own. There is no one to help you, no front desk. No one to ask for extra towels, missing items in unit, any issues with the property and you’re on your own. You have a question about how to get in to the common areas while you wait for the unit to be cleaned? You’re on your own. We stood waiting for someone to let us in bc you can’t get any keys or access. This is maddening. You feel like a squatter trying to break in. No one answers your chat, and a phone call will direct you to customer service out of the country.
The unit itself was also bare bones missing some basic items. This is unbelievable considering it’s supposedly “luxury suites” with “world-class furnishings.” If this place was cheap, then okay, but this isn’t a cheap place. I could have gotten 2 hotel rooms at a nice place for this price.
Missing items below… if you are prepared for this ahead of time and able to get a discounted stay, maybe it’s worth your while for the space and kitchen.
- no tissue boxes… even the motel 6 provides this.
- they give you the tiniest shampoo bottle per bathroom for a party of 5 staying multiple days.
- oven with not even one baking dish, cooking sheet, or any oven safe cookware. how does this make sense. I had to use a stainless steel pan to bake in.
- the tiniest 2’x2’ square dining table?? It was so bizarre. Huge space and the tiniest table you can barely fit four people on it. It was better suited for 2 people. Yet, this was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
- no extra towels. If you’re staying multiple days, be prepared to do laundry to get clean towels. No pool towels either, so do even more laundry. Yet, they only provide you with one packet of soap to do one load of laundry to wash their towels. So you gotta go buy your own laundry detergent.
I was so excited about this place and wanted to love it. But I just did not.

I love these apartments. Perfect for a company visit.
Had I little issue with the receipt but customer service reached out and resolved my issue without delay.

Nothing.
The apartment smelled. The instructions to access the property were vague...there were several doors with keypads. You need Pictures, not just a spread sheet.

There were many amenities at the apartment. I liked the bike lock area and ease of parking. The decor looked really nice and I felt at home.
The mold in the bathroom. How the mold situation was handled. The lukewarm hottub.

Decent location, well furnished
Upon arrival, I noticed a large amount of ants throughout the apartment. As the days went by the number of ants increased.

Easy to check in and out. The property has nice amenities but just not in the best condition. Loved that it was an actual apartment with kitchen.
Most of the fireplaces were out of order and according to actual tenants they have not worked in years. There were a couple other things that you could tell needed to be replaced or maintained especially considering the price.

The apartment was spacious and had a bathtub. The property was mostly quiet, except for barking dogs. Wifi was great! TV channels were wonderful but took a week to figure out how many channels were available.
Sombre colors. The grey decor was emotionally depressing. The biggest disappointment was the pool which was frigid. The hot tub was warm but not warm enough for women to use.

The apartment was great. The property management for the unit was so nice, helpful and responsive. i can’t complain about the apartment unit. The pool and spa were the best and my family enjoyed it for hours. Worth the stay if you have kids.
The overall facilities were ok, the coffee bar was lacking, they don’t provide cups and also the choices in the machine dispersing the drinks did not have ingredients for the choices displayed. The game room was okay, a bit old and run down.

Booking confirmation did not have any map or instructions on how to enter the property, neither number of the building. I arrived at 10pm and did not find a single guide or sign on how to enter. I had three persons with me helping me to find an entrance or any clues on the booking confirmation. No one was inside. I called 24/7 service desk and they had no idea how to reach any stuff or provide any map/instructions. After standing there for 2 hours at night I had to leave. The help desk was useless! next day I called some manager who sent me the map and apologized for inconvenience caused, stating that they will take this incident very seriosly and after taking my message no one reached me.

it is quite spacious
we had booked for two adults and a sixteen year old boy. When we arrived there was no bed for the boy. we had to figure out the sofa bed. There were sheets somewhere in a closet but no blankets or comforter. we called but nobody picked up. it took two days and multiple calls before somebody brought what we needed. simply by dumping everything on the floor.

there was some freeway traffic noise

The room was large.
The space was marketed as hotel suites but was actually a nearly empty apartment complex with fake businesses in a strange location.

Great service apartment, great equipment in the kitchen and unit, bedroom is very comfortable, but pull out bed could be better.
The workout gym seemed dirty, not maintained well. Couldn’t find any sanitizing equipment including alcohol spray and no paper/wet towel of any kind to clean the handles of treadmill with…….
It’s the building complex’s lack of service , not of the rental unit.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, but the towels, bed linen and toilet paper do not deserve a 4 star accommodation.
As described it is not a hotel, but some suites rented in an apartment complex. All service is via phone, message or email. They send a lot of emails and messages and request front and back copies of documents and credit cards. So far so good. what we most displeased and would make us not recommend the property was: 1) some contacts before check in trying to offer a $20 a night valet saying there was no parking available. After many messages and assistance through Booking.com, they decided that yes, our stay guaranteed parking free, as described in the offer. 2) we paid approximately $500 for two nights that started at 4pm one day and ended at 11am two days later, however on the second day we were surprised by the sink in the only bathroom available completely dismantled. We tried to talk to the property through the same channels that had contacted us so many times (telephone, email and message) to understand what was going on, but this time no one was available, we were simply put in a long queue at a customer service center. Some time later, a maintenance person appeared and showed us that there was a work order to repair the sink (which was working) scheduled for that afternoon (the only one we would be staying at the unit). after 3:30 pm we need to go out again and when we return we find the door unlocked, extra towels used and a dirty bathroom. The only response we got from Booking and from the company is “sorry for the inconvenience and we will write down what happened”. all of our personal belongings were there, and again this is not a hotel, there is no reception, it is an apartment complex with many rotating units that are short-term leased.

The property seemed secure and clean, but not user friendly. The location was not accurately described, or what I expected, and should be labeled East Menlo Park or Redwood City so people know they will be staying in an industrial area far from dow town Menlo Park.
Very arduous and difficult check in process, too many emails with far too much data to read on my cell phone.
The smoke detector batteries were old and the alarms were constantly ringing, starting at 2AM, disrupting sleep. Finding a maintenance person was impossible. The batteries need to be changed regularly and maintenance needs to be available for such problems. In desperation, I had to make several calls, I even went to the onsite office for help to stop the alarm from ringing. Onsite office was absolutely no help at all, with several more phone calls needed, which were off site, staffed by people who had no idea what to do or how to resolve the problem. Disrupted my sleep and ruined my vacation. NOT ACCEPTABE!

Booking and customer service are useless. Long hold times and very unwilling to help with simple booking error.

It was very much to wish for everything, because I tried to contact in all the ways, and it seems that they have some problem with me, because it is the second time that I try to rent the apartment, because it was indication, and that happens to me.
I believe that from the moment it is deducted from my bank account, I deserve to receive access to the apartment, and they simply do not send anything to your email, when I contact and notice on the phone that was in front of the building, waiting for the access, they simply ignore my existence. I hated the service, a neglect for the consumer, while my friends manage to have a quality service, with me it left something to be desired and a lot, it was the worst service I had until today, and it was not a failure to send the documents, because I sent everything that was asked me.
