Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a wide range of foods and the drinks, particularly orange juice and were of a high standard. The room was spacious.
Prices in the poolside bar were much too high. Safe mechanism was difficult to follow but the service engineers were quick to reopen it.

I liked the hotel in general , the staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was better than I expected ; clean and has a nice view. The breakfast was super delicious and same thing for lunch . The location is interesting as well , the beach is less than 5 minutes walking and so as a huge mall . I definitely recommend it.

The location is good if you want to be next to the marina bay.
This is full SMOKING 🚬 HOTEL!!
Guests smoke openly everywhere, in the lobby, corridors, rooms...
The rooms stink, we woke up with headaches from the smell. We thought it would be possible to wait at the hotel whilst we wait for our flight but it was impossible. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke.
In addition, the staff are so unfriendly. After spending a week around Morocco in different places the hospitality we received was so nice compared to the one here. The men at the reception look so scary and stern. Plus they don't speak English.
At night music blasted so loud that we couldn't fall asleep.
Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special considering it's a fancy hotel where we paid three times the price as other places with much much better service.
3.5
the room the garden the pool and the breakfast.
night waiters very miserable and horrible I don't know why if you don't drink alcohol they look at me as I made mistake for nott drinking alcohol and very slow service I don't recommend the night drinks in the garden and to much shouting from the stuff.i hope it will be changed soon .

Location
Smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and facilities. Elevator was out of order on Sunday morning due to maintenance which should have been carried out during late hours I think.

Good hotel close to the beach. Pool was ok. Good to have a Spa in the hotel.
Excellent massage - thanks, Sanna.
At the pool, deckchairs were missing. That would have been better to spend more time at the pool.
The pool bar was lacking almost everything on their dessert card. They were not even ready to offer a commercial gesture in exchange to us adapting our order to what they had left in the fridge. They said, their responsable was not there.... (which is a lame excuse, see below).
The SPA treatment was good, a bit too short for my friend for the scrubbing in the Hammam.
What was not good at all: I had arranged everything in the morning in order to be relaxed and not having to talk about finance when we all came for our Hammam, Massage and Manucure treatments in the evening.
However, it seems that the receptionist got all wrong as she did not understand any French. She could have asked me to speak in English, German, Spanish .... So she just said YES to everything. Then, when we arrived, I had to get back to my room to pick up my credit card although we had agreed to pay via my room invoice. Then, the CB payment didn't work in the SPA and we had to go back and forth to the hotel reception to get it done. THIS was exactly what I didn't want my friends to see as I didn't want them to worry at all about financial issues.
The SPA staff kept saying that the responsable was not there (on a Weekend!) and that Spa and Hotel don't function together. Well, then arrange for the responsable to be properly replaced and do not put the SAP in the Hotel description as if you belonged together. Anyway, that is not our problem. Your main worry should be to take care of your customers and to facilitate the services. (I left a huge amount of money there to be treated this way!!!)
Generally, prices in Tanger are like in Europe, not like in Rabat or other places in Morocco.

There is no facility to make tea or coffee in the room,we ask for it and they say in Morocco the 4 star hotel they don't do tea and facilities, but when I went to Rabat they have it in the room hotel,I think it depends which hotel you go to.
