Slightly unpleasant experience for multiple reasons. Uneven floors with a "quick fix" carpet situation, and broken radiators. Very spotty wifi. Everything technically worked, but really only did the job for sleeping after a ski day.

Upon entry to the unit it was immediately decided there was no way we would stay there. The carpets and furniture were stained, the walls were marred, the carpet was cut away from the edges of the walls (up to several inches) in many places, the heating strip in the bathroom was damaged (and appeared to be unsafe), the springs bed in the master could be felt, all of the electrical outlets and switches were dirty, the front of the fire place was not properly secured, there was an area rug in the living room area to cover the stained and worn carpet.
We left the unit and are still awaiting our refund.

Home was “cozy”. We liked the updated bathrooms. And location was good. Property is surrounded by scenic views.
We did not like that we booked this condo because of the king size bed in master bedroom. However, master bed is a queen size bed. We also had mountain pest control make a visit and they left the beds unmade. Sheets, comforter and pillows left on the floor. So when we got home I had to make the beds. The master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable that I took the mattress pad from one of the double beds to put on it and it fit. Master bedroom mattress and comforter should be replaced. Air freshener would be nice. Bigger towels would be great too. Couches could use some cleaning. Home was okay but will not stay here again.

Website description was accurate but the place wasn’t very clean. No baseboards, carpet was dirty and didn’t go to the walls (gaps). Human hair in the bed when sheets were turned down. Dog hair visible. The sofas were worn and needed replaced. No attention to detail in unit. Wifi was worthless and scant cell service (AT&T and Verizon) unless you stood on deck (even then maybe 2.0 Mbps download speed.
I would not recommend this unit at this time. Just needs some TLC (new carpet/tile, furniture, etc.)
Vacasa was very responsive to texts and service and great to work with.

Loved the location and the setup. Will 100% book again

The place needs a complete remodel. It had missing carpet, broken tile in the kitchen which is dangerous. The room smelled funny and the bed was super uncomfortable. I ended up only staying two out of the four nights.

Dishwasher was broken, directions for parking permit were incorrect and no coffee filters. The fireplace was great. Master shower was great. Internet was spotty. Some odd flooring things. Location was good and enjoyed our stay.

Very worn property
The bathrooms have been remodeled and are newer. The property is in a good location. The rest of the place is very worn and tired. The bedding was ripped and smelled like mens' cologne. The carpet was disgusting. The property did have plenty of hooks, and closet space.

Basic Accomodation
The building has some structural issues (badly tilted floors) that made us wonder if it might collapse in the middle of the night. The rooms need better lighting. The bedroom with the bunk beds was way to dark. The price was good and that would be the only reason I would go back.

Pictures better than actual condition
Although the bathrooms were very nice, the rest of the unit needs work. Loose floor tile, disconnected smoke alarms(code violations and rented to 3 firefighters) large area rug covering who knows what and non working fireplace. We had a great time in the area and the unit served its purpose but not up to the standards of other places we have rented.

Adequate for a 4-night stay; great location for a ski holiday
No deal-breakers, but there seemed to be enduring quirks with this location, from sketchy Internet, to parental controls on the TV, to extremely dim lighting. There were ample bath towels and toilet paper, but no dishcloths or sponges for dishes, only two tea towels and a handful of paper towels for a four-night stay. No coffee either, which I've grown used to expecting at vacay rentals. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the bed and bedding pretty uncomfortable and spent three of four nights waking probably a dozen times to toss or turn, something that is not typical for me. The shared bedroom also got especially cold if the door was shut... was there a separate heater in there that I missed? The place was smaller than anticipated. It worked for our party of 7 since 4 of them were under 15, but 7 adults would be cramped I think.
The biggest letdown for me was there was no laundry onsite as expected, an extreme disappointment for a group of 7 skiers with wet gear to be reused the next morning. The pay-for laundry room, and the game room/pool clubhouse, are a healthy trudge through the snow a few buildings over, which is why we didn't take advantage of the hot tub that I was extremely excited about upon booking. We were misinformed by staff, who shooed us out of the clubhouse at closing, that the laundry room would stay open and as such were locked away from our stuff until the next morning. Had we been more observant we would've noticed the posted hours - 8am to 10pm - but we took for granted that property staff were providing accurate info.
The place was clean and warm though, and the kitchen outfitted well enough for a brief stay. Check-in was problem-free, but finding the place was a bit of a challenge, especially in the dark. For skiers, the location was great, as it's under 30 minutes to a number of pretty fantastic mountains. Breck was our favorite.

Silverthorne condo
Special feature for skiers: front door is in a warm enclosed sunroof atrium. This condo is a good home base for outdoor enthusiasts. It’s cozy but not fancy or updated which was fine with us. Thank you!

Rooms/kitchen were clean. Had all the pots, pans, silver ware we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the club house building.Generally well pleased.Vacasa staff were attentive during key pickup and drop off and told me where the local grocery store was.Minor issue was the club house electronic key seemed not to work sometimes. Other guests reported the same issue. There was no AC in my unit. I knew this going in. Luckily the temperature in June made this largely a non issue. If I go back Ill be sure to schedule during May/June to avoid heat issues.Bottom line, I would use the same facilities again.

Great Place for the Value
Great value on this 2 bedroom. The kitchen had everything to pull off any meal and the beds were comfortable. The clubhouse was fun for the kids. Thanks for a great stay.
