In a few words .. IT WAS HORRIBLE!

Nothing . Nothing at all

That the beds were dirty , no toilet paper had to go buy my own because nobody was at first desk and I waited 30 min , it was very hot in the room , AC wasn’t working at 100% had to buy a fan . Very disappointed. Online it said breakfast included and there wasn’t

Worst hotel experience I have ever had!!

First of all the room was supposed to include complimentary breakfast and did not, second we went up to our room and it smelt like cigarette smoke when we chose a non smoking room, the carpets were stained and sticky we had to wear shoes the entire time we walked around in there, the bathroom smelt like mold and there was a huge crack in the tub wall that water would just go into, the entire time we were there we had no hot water at all, wifi also didn't work.... it was me my husband and our 2 children definitely do not recommend anyone to stay there...

I was not comfortable, rooms are outdated and stained walls.

Staff at front desk was nice, I had to get my room changed and she was able to get it quick. She was fast and nice.

Hate to say but I was not comfortable at all. First impressions with the first room I got was not good. Walked in and room was very unpleasant to be in. Walls and celing was dirty and stained with some splattered. Inspected the bed and right off the bat the bedsheets with stained with makeup. Phone wasn’t working. Called front desk from my phone and receptionist was quick and nice to getting us a new room. Unfortunately 2nd rm was basically the same situation. :(

5 amenities that were advertised to be included with the room and not there!!!

There was no breakfast

There was no breakfast as advertised no pool as advertised no coffee pot in the room nor anywhere no microwave as advertised and no ice machine!

Yikes. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The free wifi.

No breakfast. Roaches. Torn bedsheets. Phone in the room had no connection to the wall and was practically useless.

i hope I never have to stay in a place like this ever again.

i only like the conversation I had with the receptionist, thats it.

i didn’t like the fact that the property doesnt have cameras, having a complete stranger banging on my door at 1:38 am yelling to open the door, I called the front desk and no one picked up. the pillows are a complete filthy joke! super full of stains! the towels? the towels had a funky smell and some brown stains, i don’t even want to imagine what it could be. the bed sheets and covers had stains! mold on the walls, and the shower had a roach in it! i cant understand how a hotel like this is on bookings.com or on any other booking site! the little stool/ bench in the room was broken, i dont know what the purpose is of having it in the room like that, maybe just trying to use it against people who stay there and keep the $50 deposit. lastly, the pool had the dirtiest water!

the room wasn’t what the pictures I seen for the room there was graffiti a broken mirror thin pillows hard ass bed holes in the walls an im almost positive blood in various spot in the room I booked a room with a tub an it was shower the ac worked great as well as the microwave but it’s not ideal for anything in the world
