Sunny days

The apartment we booked was 1 bed and very spaceous. Frank and Lynn at reception were very helpful. The location we enjoyed. It was close to a beautiful boardwalk to the next village along by the coast. It is a quiet but nice area of Tenerife. We will go back.

It was difficult at times to get a parking space. . It is close to the airport, so there is some flight noise.

Location and size of the apartment was excellent with all items supplied. James and Lynn are great hosts - very helpful.

Worth it!

James and his service was awesome! He told us plenty of good tips where we should eat and drive with motorcycle etc. He has prepared all good information numbers and a map with hotel area and if you need to use public transport or call any emergency numbers or just to check where is nearest beach, restaurants/bars and more. Also James help with taxis! Kitchen was usefull if you like to cook own food. Place was old but very clean and we sleep our nights well. Quiet and safe area. Enough local markets and restaurants by walking. Also possibility to do laundry (public). Overall expierence and price together was satisfying! We recommend 100%!

Some of room facilities were old. Furnitures and especially toilet was old. Hairdryer didn't work well and sofa was making some annoying noises when you move. We prefer to sleep with blankets but there was no sheets for them. We didn't ask for them either.. Also few hooks in hallway would be nice to have.

Clean, comfortable, peaceful

We loved the hotel and our Studio apartment. It looks better in person than in the photos! 😍 We had a beautiful terasse with a pool view. It was quiet so we could sleep with the open window. Our host was amazing. He explained us everything and even draw on the map where we can find beaches, restaurants, bars, etc. It was perfectly clean, we slept on sofa which was so comfortable. All in all, we loved it! And we recommend it with all of our heart! ❤️

i very much enjoyed my stay but the rooms should be cleaned 2x min for an 8 day stay and fresh bed linen mid stay!sadly

spacious and very comfortable. vg location . well equipped.

no sun ☀️ in the balcony all day! 2 big palm trees in front didn’t help! I stayed for 8 days and yet to see the cleaner!!! No poolside facilities such as a bar/café/restaurant. no toilets either!! one guest did his business in the nearby plantation area!! grosse 🙈! no music or staff for refreshments whilst sunbathing .

Superb

Apartment is spacious, bed is comfy despite its a couch, but its still very good for sleep. Area is quite and well situated. Walking distance to the ocean, supermarket and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Host is super pleasent and helpful person explained everything where to go and what to do, apreciate this a lot! Value for money is perfect. Would definetely recommend this place.

Be careful and double check extra services which cost extra fee. For exapmle using AC in my room supposed an extra fee. In the end AC just didnt work :) but this was ok for me to sleep without AC in September.

Good

The location is very close to the beach. The appartment had a nice view on the swimming pool. In general it was quite calm (depending on the guests). Balcony was in the shadow. The area is quite calm in comparisson with other turistical cities. Friendly stuff and the cleaning ladies come to change the bed sheets every week. The appartment has everything what you need for cooking, but if you don't feel like cooking there are enough restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything is close by. Airport South is 15 min away.

Tenants did not respect the noise level rules with as much as 24 hours loud music. There is no private parking (but you can always find a spot on the street).

Good view from the roof, good location (restaurants and supermarkets nearby, nor far from the sea). Apartments are clean and good equiped. Recomend.

very clean, great terrace and balcony with pool view, very comfortable beds and great shower. perfect location for walks to san blas , los abrigos and local amenities

limited reception times so staff unavailable, however this didn’t cause any issues , just different from a hotel stay. would definitely stay here again.

From the offset we were given clear instructions to the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Comfy bed, lounge and balcony. Great hosts

The hair dryer is very basic and would advise to take your own.

location ,helpfulness with advice and local knowledge of James and Lyn ,nothing too much trouble,gardens area around pools,English channels on tv,efficient kitchen and nice lounge area

would of preferred a top balcony room open to the sun and a heated pool,lounge bed a little Hard but spacious and easy to set up/put away

Overall a good stay

Location was great

Our apartment was above quite a noisy bar which we didn’t expect. The first night was dreadful as the noise was very loud music/karaoke and went on until midnight! However the rest of the week wasn’t as noisy.

Good value for money, very helpful staff.

Good location near the sea with restaurants and shops very close. The communication with the property from start to finish was first class. The staff in the office were very helpful even organising a taxi to pick us up when we were leaving. The pool area was big and quiet. The apartment was very clean and had a large balcony and a great roof terrace that we made use of. There was milk and water left for us when we arrived. There are washing machines available for use on the complex.

There was no lift which we knew about before we booked, this only was a bit of an issue when arriving with luggage. The airport is only 15 minutes away so you do get noise from aircraft but they are not directly overhead and there didn’t appear to be any at night.

Restful and without any real problems.

TV with lots of English language programmes. Good free Wifi reception in the apartment. Nice quiet complex. There was never a lack of sun loungers or shade around the pool. The helpfulness and friendliness of our hosts.
