Enjoyed the spacious rooms. But the maintenance inside the rooms and cleaning was disgusting to the most I have ever see

Excellent and cooperative team

Excellent services of managers and staff specially both Kaan.superb services

They should provide extension for charging mobiles and washroom should have hand shower not commord shower.hotel should have outside sitting area in open air

It was a bad experience, bad services and zero neetness

The place was filthy, poor in their services, the sewage flooded all over in the first floor and the smell there was not durable at all.

Good Value but forget about Cleaning

Shuttle bus but need to offer more places like the metro station not only malls and increasing frequency

Rooms were not the best. House keeping was not offered to us almost as they forgot our room existed. The bed was broken , the towels were dirty and when we asked for new towels , the new ones were also dirty. Although the hotel is in good shape and design but it's not well maintained at all .

Lovely

Love the staff and room size we stayed at residence so had a studio size room with 2 bathrooms sofa full kitchen and large. The lovely lady handling customer relations checked up on us daily at breakfast and rectified any issued immediately. All staff speak english so much easier to communicate.

Not a big issue but they’ve changed the pool opening times from 6 am to 10am prefer swimming before breakfast.

Good price

Even though it is a hotel that belongs to an excellent chain, this hotel does not follow any standard. Housekeeping just doesn't bother themselves to clean the rooms. I stayed here 4 nights, one night they did a very quick clean, the other 3 nights they did not bother themselves to visit the room and clean it even though I put the sign to clean the room. Calling the staff to get me towels at least, they promised to send it to the room but I never got it.

The Worst ever

The staff were not supporting specially the receptionist. I call them everyday to clean the apartment and no one shows up to clean. They’re not providing towels. They only smile to people from their country. I will never stay there again or in any rotana hotels. I will also cascade the complaint to higher management in Rotana chain because they don’t treat arab very well.

The hotel is not well maintained. Most of the appliances do not work or broken.

Rooms are nice! Services, reception, and room services are the worst!! They should win the medal of the worst hotel service for 2023!! Three days, they never came to clean the room! They did not even bother to check after hundered of complains!! Uncomfortable to deal with!! Not recommended at all!!

Comfortable & decent place to stay

breakfast was good location was good too, parking available, quiet area excellent view

the hotel is nice and clean, very cool place for relaxation. The receptionist and all workers were very good, thanx to Mazlum, Kendal and Aysenem for the kindness and cherish, they made my stay for all those days to be so nice
