فندق جميل ونظيف مع وجود بعض الملاحظات الا انها لاتقلل من تقييمة بشكل كبير لاني طلبت تغييرها فتم ذلك . موقعة ممتاز بالجه

الموقع والنظافة وموظفين الاستقبال ومساعدينهم في قمة الأخلاق والأدب والاحترام ما ان تطلب منهم شي إلا ويلبونه في اللحظة . كذلك في الجهة المقابلة سوبرماركت كبير وممتاز بالاضافة لبعض المطاعم والبقالات

لحاف السرير الديباج مستهلك وعند طلبي تم تغييرة بشي افضل. لكن من الافضل التجديد كذلك الفطور محدود ونفس الاطباق يومياً

Love the staff!!! They were very helpful, informative and friendly! The location is near the tram line straight to Topkapi, sultan Ahmet mosque and aya sofya We started our month trip there and ended it there GREAT PLACE!

It was a disappointing experience at the Tryp by Windham hotel in Istanbul due to to the overcharge. I’ve booked with the expectation of a smooth and honest stay due to the hotel being part of an international network. I’ve booked a two nights stay for my sister and her daughter on her transit route to Ukraine. I’ve paid for her stay with my bank card the full amount. But surprisingly on her arrival she was asked to pay for one night and she was told that the hotel got the payment from “booking.com” for one night only, however I was charged for fully for two nights with taxes and I’ve never got any amount reimbursed from booking.com . It is very frustrating to encounter such a dishonest behavior from Turkish people. Miscommunications with payments can occur, but it is the responsibility of the hotel staff to re ctify the situation promptly and ensure that guests are not overcharged. It's disappointing that not only did they ask my sister to pay additionally for a night, but also that I wasn’t refunded for the overpayment. Since the stay of my sister at that hotel I’m constantly receiving messages from booking.com and from the property to rate them, and all this time I was just waiting for the money to come back to my account, so I would not have to rate this property bad, but which never happened.

location, price, staff. the staff will go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is plesent.

no gym, lighting is uncomfortable in the room and bathroom, bed sheets looks old.

Very good comparing to price

Staff are always trying to help, the only comment is most of them can't speak good english. Location is near to many of tourism locations and Istanbul airport Room have good space

Break fast puffet is poor of choices. The carpet in the room wasn't hoovered when we checked in.

amazing hotel

the most i like in this hotel is the modern design and the stylish interior design and furniture. the staff was not so professional about managing the guests requests and the critical situations(except mr.Hussein and Ali) ,ex:when i went to check out the reception guy told me he was alone in the hotel and he cant sent some one to carry baggages , even one time one of the members knocked the door at 2am and gave me a bear that i never requested. the house keeping is very good , the facility was very clean). i would recommend to visit this hotel and i hope the staff will be more professional next time.
