الموظف محمود قمه الاخلاق وهو من احببني بالفندق لحسن اخلاقه

الوسايد غير جيده وكانك ساكن في شقه من اردي الانواع سيه جدا ولاتليق بالفندق مستوي خمس نجوم ايضاء النظافه غير مهتمين وسيه جدا ايضا الالحفه قديمه جدا جدا ومسهلكه بقوه ولايغيرونها يوميا مع العلم بانها وسخانه وقد ابلغتهم والموظف عبدالله بالاستقبل سي جدا في تعامله ويحاولون يظغطو علي العملاء للتقيم امامهم مقابل واحد قهوه او مشروب حتي لايضعون مناديل بالغرفه الابدورت المياه فقط يحاولن الاقتصاد بجميع المستلزمات والتكيف 2ليلتين وانا احاول يغيروه علي الساخن دون جدوي والمني بار غير يعمل وبعد جدال واسع غيرون بعد اليله الثانيه من الاقامه و والمناشف مستهلكه جدا جدا بالملخص اسكن بغرفه باي شقه افضل بالتعامل والنظافه لايستحق 5 نجوم ابدا ابدا نصيحه

Odlična lokacija, doručak raznovrstan, ljubazno osobelje posebno Abdullah i njegove kolege na recepciji kao i mladi nasmejani momak koji nam je parkiravao auto, čiste sobe...

Nedostatak parkinga zadnja dva dana nismo imali parking.

Excellent but more Excellent because of Murat

I started off my trip poorly, after getting scammed by a cab man from the airport. I told the hotel staff if the price I paid was normal they informed me it wasn’t at all. A Staff member called Murat then spoke to me. and got details about the cab driver and made some calls. Which in resulted in me getting 1/3 of my money back. I was amazed Murat a great man he made my whole trip feel safe and secure. His communication was top tier and was very informative.

Schönes Hotel Frühstück war absolut pergekt. frisch viel suswahl genug sitzplätze schön ruhig, bravo!

Zimmer klein, Sicht zur strasse nicht so toll. Zu Fuss ist nicht soviel erreichbar. 1-2 Gute Restaurants, mehr nicht.

Wir haben das Uranus auf Grund seiner Lage (Nähe Flughafen) gewählt. Wir waren hier zu einem kurzen Zwischenstop und haben von dort aus noch Teile Instanbuls erkundet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Uranus Istanbul Topkapi. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden von Herr Yasin in Empfang genommen, er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen können 🙏🏽 Solchen Service bekommt man heutzutage leider selten. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Herr Yasin

God valuta for pengene

Pænt og nydeligt alle steder. Veludstyret fitness rum var et plus. Morgenbuffeten var virkelig velassorteret.

I modsætning til prisen for en overnatning er priserne på minibar, restaurant og spaydelser meget dyre end på caféerne. Til sammenligning koster en klassisk café burger ca. 1/3 på Lamba caféen, der ligger ved siden af hotellet

It was ok

The staff are really slow. If I wanted things to be done like fixing the toilet door handle as it closed they took long. I also wanted help with my bags to be taken downstairs. They say they are coming but I had to call them again. This is with everything i always had to keep calling until they did what i asked for. For a hotel like that i was expecting more.

Fabulous

Mega nice hotel, the reception with a huge chandelier. Wonderful! The staff was very attentive and took our bags straight away. At the reception there was Mr. Yasin who was super attentive and even gave us a nicer room even though we had booked another one. We were extremely happy and found it very nice. Kava buvo skani maistas prastas. Vaikui lovyte buvo suteikta. Parkavimo vieta yra. Rankšluošciai keičiami kiekviena diena Lova tvarkinga.

Pirkome bare viski kaina buvo didesne mum pasake kad sumokėjome daugiau nes už kambario aptarnavima 247liru daugiau nors ėjome į bara patis. Grindis neplautos visur juodi plaukai, langai purvini, Toletas smirdi, pilna dulkių. Maistas neskanus Dočiau tik 1 žvaigžde
