The villa of 300 m² built consists of 2 independent floors completely renovated in 2009 located 900 meters from the beach and the supermarket, playground and bus stop 100 meters from the house. The villa has 6 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 room with bunk bed and a room with bunk beds for three person, double down and single bed to rriba. Plus a single bed, Total 4 people), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bath), 2 kitchens (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (in the main kitchen), oven and hob), dining room 70 m² with TV, DVD, satellite TV, internet, washing machine cottage in garden, large garden, barbecue, private pool, porch, garden chairs and hammocks.
They are included in the price, a travel cot, a highchair, 3 buggies, also internet access via wifi., Towels, bedding, blankets and cleaning per week.

The outdoor pool area is very large, very well stocked and maintained and quite the area to relax including the wonderful pool.
The house is well kept with a wonderful massive lounge and dining area, a very good sized kitchen, also a number of lovely bedrooms. The air conditioning is the cherry on the cake.
The host is very kind, always available and very rrsponsive. As are her colleagues who maintain the property.
It is about a km to the beach, uphill on the way back although a bus runs and a taxi about 8 euros.
The trip to the beach is well worth it.
We would certainly come back.

We were 10 friends and we had a great time at Roser's villa. We had everything we needed. The villa was near the city center by foot. The pool was beautiful.The communication with Roser was great.
As my friends said, the villa was more beautiful and big than what appears on the photos on the website.

Very nice house for families and owner was very good with communication and very friendly. House good size for 8 adults and 3 children, pool was excellent and lots of space to eat outside with each other. No technical problems - wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine all worked perfectly.
Only things that could make it better - ideally air-conditioning for very hot nights, there were individual room fans which were essential but still tricky to sleep in mid-summer nights. If air conditioning is too expensive - maybe ceiling fans. 11 people generate a lot of rubbish and recycling so a bigger bin would be good. The community bins are at the top of a very steep hill - so having to go up regularly is hard / good exercise 😂
The location is good, 15 minute walk into Lloret de Mar - but the hill is very steep so if you have elderley or very young children you may need a hire car. Taxi's are cheap and there are buses. The town is big enough to cater for all types, there are nice restaurants and lively bars for younger people.
There is a full blown supermarket 10 mins down the hill and a small grocery shop for essentials 5 mins down the hill.
Otherwise, perfect, would recommend to any families. 🤗👍👌

The family really enjoyed the holiday. The kids loved the pool. The hill's not so bad once you've walked up it a few times. Loved the small shop. Sell's everything you need. Would definately return. Air Con would be a bonus, but we need go in August

Adequate for our needs, furniture and fittings a bit tired, maybe investment was not carried out due to covid uncertainty but overall a nice property 👍

Schöne Familienferien
Das Haus ist ideal für eine Großfamilie mit Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters.
Sehr schön die Ausstattung für Kleinkinder mit Spielhaus, Hochstuhl, Kindermöbeln und Kinderbett. Und die Großen lieben den Pool.
Es ist Platz genug für alle, die Liegen reichen aus und sind bequem. Es gibt große Tische draußen und drinnen.
Zwei Punkte empfanden wir als verbesserungswürdig:
- einige der Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, z. B. m Masterbedroom
-die Bettwäsche sollte europäischem Standard angepasst werden, Wolldecken mit Laken sind eher unangenehm.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters; so konnten wir die Garage für unsere Räder nutzen und der defekte Sat-Emfänger wurde umgehend repariert.
Das Fazit: ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Hemos tenido una buena estancia. La casa es tal cual el anuncio. Hemos estado 10 adultos y 3 niños y tiene mucho espacio. La zona del jardín es perfecta. Lo único que está ubicada un poco lejos del centro y para llegar es todo cuesta arriba. De la casa se podría mejorar algún colchón y almohadas pero nada grave. La comunicación con la dueña ha sido excelente.

La maison sent très fort "le vieux" et les placards sont non utilisables car les odeurs des vieilles meuble sont très fortes. Le seul point positif est la piscine à l'eau de mer. Il manque l'air conditionnée .

Perfecto para una reunión familiar
Hemos estado en la casa mi familia y yo (13 personas y dos perritos) por Navidad, y el sitio ha estado muy bien. La casa está equipada con prácticamente todo lo esencial, la zona exterior tiene una amplia zona con césped artificial, hamacas, sillas y espacio para todos.
La casa está situada muy cerca de un pequeño supermercado (2 minutos andando) y tiene uno grande a menos de 10. La playa también está cerca (10-15 minutos andando).
Roser ha sido muy atenta y se ha preocupado por hacernos saber que estaba ahí para cualquier cosa en todo momento.

A perfect villa for our family of 10, plenty of room and great pool/outside area. A great location but beware it is a 15 min walk downhill to the beach/town therefore uphill to get back to the villa could be an issue for the less mobile.
Air conditioning would be a nice addition but it was as advertised so no problem for us.

Excellent séjour
Tout d'abord, merci à Roser et Manel pour leur disponibilité et rapidité de réponses à nos demandes, et ce déjà bien avant notre séjour. La maison est magnifique, ainsi que la piscine et les terrasses extérieures. Beaucoup d'espace ce qui est appréciable quand on est, comme nous, à 12 adultes. La maison, un peu en hauteur, est bien au calme. La plage est effectivement à 900 mètres, facile pour y aller... un peu plus fatigant pour remonter. Mais la piscine nous attend à l'arrivée ! Seul bémol : la plage de LLoret n'est pas très adaptée à des enfants ou des personnes ne sachant pas nager. Mais le séjour a été merveilleux !

Fantástica casa para pasarlo en grande
Los espacios comunes (salón comedor, cocina, jardín, terraza, piscina, barbacoa) son muy amplios. Las habitaciones están muy bien, con mobiliario de sobra para acomodar todas las pertenencias.
Es una gran elección si quieres disfrutar de unos días de descanso y tranquilidad en la bonita localidad de Lloret de Mar. Sumado a la amabilidad y atención de los propietarios, quienes están siempre disponibles para atender nuestros requerimientos. 100% recomendable.

Beautiful villa just far enough from the main resort to enjoy the peace yet close enough to walk in
Lovely 4 bed villa with 2 bed apartment underneath. Plenty of in door and out door space for everyone. Two big fridge freezers in the good sized kitchen kept everything cold. The owner was at hand and very helpful, we needed a stroller for the toddler and had it within 30mins of asking. As grandparents we appreciated the security, high walls and lockable gates -completely secure for young children to explore. I loved the sea view from the front balcony, my granddaughters loved the little play house, my grandsons loved the pool. The house allowed the three generations to have an amazing family holiday. A big thank you Roser, it was amazing x

Great location, lovely house and pool
We had a great holiday, there was plenty of space for 14 of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. Kids loved the pool and it was a bonus that there were already some inflatables in the pool room.
Roser was very quick to respond and helpful.
Great location, only about 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Une villa conforme à la description, des propriétaires très réactifs aux petites imperfections.Une semaine fort agréable passée en famille (nous étions 13) avec de grands espaces ensoleillés et ombragés et une piscine entretenue à la perfection.

Наша компания друзей получила огромное удовольствие от проведённого комфортного отдыха на часной ВИЛЛЕ с шикарным басейном,с ухоженным садом с барбекю и хочу заметить в тихом микрорайоне вблизи моря 900 метрах от пляжа с удобной транспортной развязкой, бесплатной парковкой.Рядом рассположены магазины и детские площадки.Немного отвлекусь от темы:ранее наш выбор падал на гостинницы, но мы столкнулись со многими минусами и в итоге решили попробовать самостоятельный туротдых и он у нас получился благодаря приветливым хозяевам. Владельцы Виллы оказались очень гостеприимными (нас ожидали подарки).На все наши вопросы, просьбы реагировали быстро, приветливо и положительно, за что им огромное "СПАСИБО". Gracias Roser Вилла очень шикарная.Дом нас встретил идеальной чистотой,красивым оформлением,огромным залом, уютными спальнями и большой кухней со всеми бытовыми принадлежностями и электроприборами вплоть до салфеток, туалетной бумаги... Рекомендую этот Дом как для больших компаний так и для семей с детьми и роственниками, а также есть идея провести здесь Новогодние праздники в кругу родных...

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en tribu !
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la villa, nous étions 13 personnes, 3 familles, la maison se prête complètement à la cohabitation, elle est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même des poussettes à disposition. La piscine est très agréable, les différentes terrasses aussi, le salon (même si peu utilisé) est immense. 3 salles de bain et 3 wc, très pratiques aussi. Pas de ménage à faire en fin de séjour, c'est un vrai plus ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Manel.
La ville de Lloret n'est par contre pas adaptée aux vacances en famille (c'est trés moche...), il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre la voiture et se rendre sur Tossa de Mar, beaucoup plus agréable pour la ville et pour les plages.

An alle, die einen Super-Urlaub in einem klasse geschnittenen Haus und Grundstück nebst Ausstattung verbringen wollen, ist dieses Haus eine ideale Voraussetzung dafür.
Nicht nur, dass die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Wohnhauses und die Lage ihre Versprechungen erfüllen, sondern auch, dass quasi zwei separate Wohneinheiten vorhanden sind, die unseren "Abenteuerurlaub" mit 6 Jugendlichen mit eigenen Anforderungen an Lloret am Abend und in der Nacht perfekt unterstützt haben.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die komplette Umzäunung bzw. Ummauerung des Grundstücks. Für alle mit Hund -wie wir- oder mit Kleinkindern ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
Dank gilt auch an Roser, die die vertragliche Gestaltung, Abwicklung und Bereuung vor Ort sehr angenehm empfinden lässt.
