appartments are situated in the basement of the house with owner. you can hear the noise and voices above all time. toilet is situated in the sleeping room.not comfortable.

Good location and very nice hosts

The host family made me feel welcomed. It is a nice place for people travelling alone and wishing to stay a little while.

It should be said that there are some dogs for people who are not comfortable with them.

big but loud place

The location. Parking available. Friendly personal.

There was a really noisy place in the basement. You can listen quiet loud the people walking upstairs, the TV, etc. The heating system was also really loud. the boiler is in the kitchen and it is also loud. It was hard to sleep. No good ventilation. The owner told me that he can provide me an invoice but that was not the case.

A hostel. If you travel in a large company (4-8 people) at price of 1 room, could be an option.

Good location close to the city center. Friendly owner. Free parking. That's about it on the positive side.

A warning for everyone who is looking for a hotel-like arrangement - this place is very much like hostel despite lack of the word in the advertisements. You get to spend a night either in a room without a bathroom and a toilet (a bathroom is shared between all the house guests which can be many - up to 10-15 people), and no dining room which is also shared. Another option is the apartment in the basement which we tried, too, but that one was pretty stuffy-no air, bad ventilation, noisy (all the boilers work 24-7 etc.). Quality of cleaning is questionable, too. The three-room apartment in the basement was ready for us to move in within 30 minutes after the previous family left. And we got to enjoy smell of cigarettes, eventually. Lots of beds in every room...pretty lousy (by a 3 star hotel standard, which one would compare against based on the price level) sanitation facilities. I would advise to bring your own sheets and pillowcases along. N.B.owners family stayed in the same facility, different room. Saturday night was a nightmare as one of the young family in a block of houses threw a party with loud music that ran up until 2 am.
