Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, we hadden een ruime kamer. Het gaf ons echt een thuisgevoel!

Amazing staff: the host is great, she anticipates your needs and she made me a cake for my b.day while there 🧡
Staff is nice and gentle, they help in any way possible!
Location very convenient, safe and strongly suggested!
I would definitely come back!
The driver booked by the riad was very rude (both times, coming and leaving).
Massages were good but spaces very narrow.
The bathroom's wall was open at the top towards the room: not much privacy.

The staff was so helpful. The riad was tucked away and they were great at helping me find my way. They really wanted me to enjoy my experience there. The riad was very authentic and unique with a pretty rooftop terrace.
There was no hot water for the shower or the sink. The faucet was difficult to shut off so the water leaked out. I felt bad about wasting so much.. I was there only one night so could not take their offer for a shower elsewhere the next day.

The location is great. The riad is beautiful with a very cool terrace and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. However, the best thing about this riad is the staff and their kindness and impeccable service.

the staff and host are incredibly kind and go the extra mile. they are very attentive.
the bathroom had a bad smell as soon as I walked in like the pipes hadn’t been cleaned. the manager brought a liquid that looked like soap that he boosted down the drains and this helped for a few days but one drain needed to be covered with a towel to mask the smell.
the layout of the room is an L shape and the wifi is such that I could only use my phone and laptops in the from the of the room towards the doors not at my bed, which made it so I’d have to bring my phone to the front of the room to get downloads of new emails and messages. a simple router would fix this.
lastly the room was not as thoroughly clean as other riads I stayed in during my trip. the rug in the front looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time and my bare feed would pick up grey dust on the brick floor like crazy. luckily I had bought some house slippers in the market which I used and made a point to wash my feet several times a day.

The Riad is in an excellent location and the staff is delightful. I spent lots of time sitting in the shady courtyard, sipping refreshing mint tea.

Mohamed, the manager, could not have been more helpful and accommodating .. I had a late flight and he kindly allowed me an extra few hours which was greatly appreciated. He organised an excellent masseuse at short notice and a table was brought to my room which was extremely well appointed. The riad has an in house Hammam which is not only more convenient but far better than the commercial tourist Hammams in the Medina. The riad is down a side street and was as quiet as a grave at night .. quite an achievement considering its central position. I will definitely stay there again 😊

Comfortable rooms and beds. Very nice rooftop. Delicious breakfast.
The bathroom and the room wall is not fully closed to the top which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

absolutely everything amazing !!
Khalid and Mohhamed made my stay in Marrakesh a dream !!! They helped me with excursions, informations about the Medina, and the private Riad Hammam and Massage were Amazing!!!
The area is very safe and very friendly people. the Riad is esy to find after you learn 2 small streets (5min).
if i like cooler, i can relax on the ground floor. if i want sun, i can stay on the terrace. one of the tallest terrace in the area so nice view! the mountains, the Koutoubia, and a very good view for sunrise and sunset.
Shortly, i would never go somewhere else. i am already booking for my next visit here as soon as possible !
PS: All turist i met in excursions and around city were not happy about their place. Mine was amazimg, i was the only one happy were i stay.
not the case. exceptional guesthouse.

Value for money, super nice staff and great location.
It’s very small things that I can comment on, but the breakfast is a bit plain and I could have wished for some fresh cut fruit (not marinated in juice) and fresh squeezed juice.

This place was absolutely amazing. I booked this place for my honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Being in a new country, its important to feel like you are well looked after. This is that place where the staff are incredibly welcoming and adapt to your needs. An absolute pleasure to stay the riad and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Marrakech.

the riad is very well located, very closed to the place Jemaa el fna (10min walk) and souks (5min walk), as well as to the Jardin de Majorelle (20min walk). nevertheless, the riad is located in a very quiet place which is awesome after spending the day in the medina.
staff is very friendly. Khalid welcomed us when we arrived late in the evening. he was very nice from the beginning of our stay until the end.
breakfast served in the morning is amazing!

Lovely, peaceful riad very conveniently located for easy walks to the medina and the new town. It is a little hard to find initially so best to book the transfer with them and they will meet you.
Very friendly staff, kindly accomodated our food allergies for breakfast and assisted with bags, transfers, iron etc. anything we asked for.
Recommend for your stay in Marrakech!

The cleaning is spot on. All employees are very nice and helpfull when asked.
Its fairly hard to find. A bit more proactive would be nice, in offering a map for example.

The staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. They insured I found my transport connections in what could have been a confusing area in the old town. The breakfast was varied and substantial. The room was very comfortable and traditional and exactly what I had hoped for.
The Internet connection was not good in the bedroom though fine in the lounge area and bathroom. This was down to the thick walls and position within the building, so not unexpected. More help with a good map showing the location of the hotel in relation to major sites would have been useful.

The junior suites in Riad Ajmal were exceptional. Staff were very, very friendly and the location is close to the main markets. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend this Riad as it provides tranquility and peace with an excellent inner court in this otherwise very busy city.

The welcomed us with open arms and had a lot of tips for our stay in Marrakech. The breakfast was great and including eggs, pancakes, cakes, coffee, juice and fruit. Nicely located close by the souks but once inside the riad very quiet, which is lovely in a busy city.
They were completely booked so we couldnt stay any longer.
