Posizione molto centrale. Struttura caratteristica.
Impegnativo raggiungere l’hotel, ma non è specificato. Consegnato camere non rifatte. Una camera senza aria condizionata… in un altra bagno con lavandino inutilizzabile per lavarsi…

Location close to the square and markets but quiet.

I loved the staff. Very friendly. The room was a great size for one but the beds were not very comfy, I loved the breakfast food and the location was perfectly central to everything. Was very walkable!
My room was a bit stuffy at time due to the air conditioner making more humidity than cooling. The bed was not very comfortable. The pool was very tiny but great for cooling off after being out and about.

The location was excellent. The pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat. A nice cool temperature. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
The air conditioning was not effective. The unit was above the cupboard facing the door therefore not directed to the room. You need really good aircon in 49 degree heat!!

This is a true Moroccan house. Nothing from the outside, luxury inside. Authentically decorated rooms named after different African towns surround a crystal clear pool that makes you feel good even in the hottest summer day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on the roof. There is a big living room next to pool that you can relax in, play chess or have a meeting.
While the location is central, it is just 300 meters away from the main square, this place is hard to find. You have to pass through 3 or 4 narrow ways with no doors or windows before you find the hotel door. But once you found it once, you will remember the way.

Nothing. Doesn't offer anything valuable. Not supportive in any case. He has only one answer to all question " You can find it in the square".
Attitude of the host. Comfort, cleanliness, hospitality everything is out of order. Waste of money.
8.0
The staff, the location and the food.
Lack of cold water in the bathroom sink.

Ownership created a very intimate experience for different people with different tastes. Rooftop terrace and indoor swimming pools were absolute highlights and in my view, separate this facility from the majority of places it was posted. Food was very good.
While this place isn’t “perfect“, it would not be fair to be critical of this Riad. Location, accessibility, overall vibe on the interior and rooftop terrace, overall staff were gentle and just friendly enough. Ownership and management responded to my only one concern quickly and efficiently and effectively. Again, for this price point any complaints could only be rare and again, nothings perfect but this place comes pretty darn close

Location, pool and terrace
I expected a little more information from the staff, e.g.: about the city, accommodation.. due to the early departure, I assumed that I would get some small breakfast (which I paid for), but answer was No. From my experience I always got something small for breakfast, even I left at 2 a.m. And the last thing is very dark room! Without a window, only one window into hallway, which probably is always closed and cover up, because of privacy.

Located in the center. Close to small restaurants and businesses. Friendly place, would visit again
Room had a smell, but other than that great place. Clean!

Nice cheap Riad. Small and contained room but does the job if you’re just looking for a place to sleep in a great location.

The staff were very kind and friendly and the location was perfect.
Our driver was very late to pick us up from the airport which meant we sat outside the airport waiting for over an hour. Our sheets were dirty (had hairs in them) I asked them to change the sheets and they were apparently changed but I don't believe they were because the same black hairs were still in the sheets. They did give us clean sheets once again. The room was very dark and not like what was in the pictures on booking.com. Again the staff were super kind and friendly however I think they need to invest in better quality sheets and ensure they are actually clean.

good location
smaller than advertised. booking.com has a lot of amenities displayed but is not provided. we also paid for 260sq ft room but was given 140sq ft room. when confronted they said this is what they provide to everyone. i wish they were honest about the room size and amenities

super nice staff, very helpful advice in the beginning and always warm 😊 the famous arabic hospitality is lived by every one there!! we would always come back
we had the room next to the main entrance, so the sounds of the doorbell and the door is well heard in the room. it didn’t bother us much, since after 22.00 it was always quiet.

All of the staff were absolutely exceptional. They all go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and at home during their stay at the Riad Africa. I wish I could remember all of the staff’s names but Aziz who works in reception was absolutely brilliant. As soon as I checked in, he sat me down and talked me through a map of Marrakesh which I really appreciated. He was warm, friendly and very welcoming. No question or request was ever too big an issue! He is a credit to himself and to the Riad Africa!
The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very nice and great value for money. The rooftop views were great of Marrakesh too. A very authentic and enjoyable place to stay in Marrakesh!

Location was good and adorable staff. Without them this accommodation was a -10!!!
First time writing a negative thing about an accomodation but it’s needed.
Absolutely not received what we booked and pictures are false. We received a veryyyyy small and old room with two separated beds. (They ended by putting them side by side because there were no other rooms available)
The bathroom wasn’t even inside the room as indicated and ridiculously small.
The walls were broken and lots of mould.
We absolutely do not recommend this accommodation. We would NEVER pay this price for what we received.

Mustafa was sweet and his English was fairly good. it was well located.
it’s much smaller and shabbier than pictured in their wide-angle photos. our room (family room) was very narrow — really only had room for the beds. the electrical wiring was poor and it was hard to charge devices with adapters. their outlets even burned out two of our adapters. the internet was very slow.
the pool was not heated as advertised. breakfast was a pretty weak buffet. we tried to book a massage but their only masseuse wasn’t working that day and the hammam wasn’t ready regardless.

the position inside the Medina but not in the middle of it. it was very quiet. staff was friendly.
the bathroom: the shower discharge was very slow.
