Great Stay

Everything. Great hosts, lovely comfortable room, nice big comfy bed, big bathroom with big and powerful shower, fridge with fresh milk, brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and good location.

It's such a lovely place to stay in Harrogate. Every little detail is thought out. The decor is beautiful , bed is very comfortable, it's also spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious and so much to choose from. Definitely a place to stay again if we come back to Harrogate

An excellent place to stay in Harrogate

Wonderful small B and B in a brilliant location. The owner really knows how to run a B and B. Fresh milk for the morning tea, delicious breakfast and comfy room with two armchairs. Warm welcome. Help with parking much appreciated

The fridge is noisy as is the wc!!

lovely place close to centre but not on top so peaceful sleep, will go again

we had full choice of what we wanted, juice, cereal , you could just a small few things off the hot menu or have it all we had full breakfast which were piping hot and plentiful also plenty of tea coffee and toast more if you wanted excellent all round

there wasn't anything missed, you could not have had a better breakfast, and the service was first class

Perfect.

The location was perfect for walking into Harrogate. It was spotlessly clean. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, also having a sitting area . Breakfast was delicious. The hostess was very helpful.

Excellent location for all amenities, shops, restaurants etc. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was superb. Without doubt if we went to Harrogate again would definitely stay there.

Great location, only a short walk from the train station (but for less mobile travellers: this does involve a relatively steep hill). Very friendly hosts. Spacious, comfortable room. Fairly wide array of breakfast options.

very clean, made to feel welcome, location, the breakfast, Marilyn and her husband (Sorry forgot his name) are both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to see. parking is surprisingly easy, you may not get parked outside the property as it is a long street, a zoned area and so it can be the luck of the draw as to exactly where you get to park, that said we had no problem and were parked within viewing distance of our car both days

Nothing of note, older or slightly infirm people might find the climb up to the top room a bit of a stretch, not by any means “Everest” but it is a little bit of a climb. Creaky floorboards, this is an older house so to be expected, but whilst not a problem for us it might be annoying for anyone below although not sure if other guests are directly below.

Fabulous B&B. Loved the extra touches such as fridge in the room with fresh milk and bottled chilled water. Loved the jaffa cakes and biscuits and fruit bowl. Breakfast was exceptional with excellent choices. Hosts were wonderful. Very helpful and welcoming.

We certainly picked the most amazing place for our stay, suited us perfectly.

The hosts were fantastic, lovely to chat with and accommodating. The location was perfect, the breakfast was just amazing. We will be back.

fabulous, a real gem of a house.

fabulous. Very clean, great selection for breakfast and all cooked fresh. Really comfy bed. lovely shower with loads of hot water. Loads of little extras. Close to town centre, making it an easy walk to shops, eating and bar area.

It met our every need. Highly recommend

The building befitting of Classical Harrogate. Marlyn couldn’t do more for her guests. It was a freezing spell and the establishment was cosy warm. Our room was spacious as was the en-suite. Top marks for the shower and especially the bed. The silent fridge meant we had fresh milk. It was very handy for the city but delightfully quiet too. Free on street Parking worked perfectly.

Lovely breakfast, great hosts, comfy beds with quality bedding, fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room and some fruit.

Nothing just be aware parking is on street so you have to grab a spot when you find one. That said we were able to park close to it.

Excellent centrally located traditional accommodation with parking

The host were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a lovely size and included double bed, large wardrobe, seating area, TV, mini fridge with water and fresh milk, tea and coffee making facilities and a lovely bowl of fruit. The bathroom was very spacious and clean with a shower over the bath. As many other comments state, the breakfast was exceptional. Another great bonus was that free on street parking was available. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely try to book again if I am ever in Harrogate

Excellent and would stay again if they would have us.

We were so pleased with our room, breakfast was excellent and our host couldn't of been more helpful. we will certainly visit again and recommend to other people. So close to the town centre which meant that the car could have a rest for a couple of days. Many thanks. Jeannie & Frank Nunziata,
