Value for Money

Pool and Rooms were very nice and cozy, it was a cute property. We booked a room with a private balcony and it was worth the money !

didn’t like the view of the property, it has very minimal lake view

Horrible and unclean bed linen!

Nothing tbh! And knowing that we had an unpleasant stayed, they cancelled our booking online to avoid receiving a bad feedback

The room was dirty with shoe marks, the pillow cases and bedspread as well were not clean. The staff was not helpful. IMPORTANT- the place is under renovation, so the places mentioned like the pool side is not accessible. When we went they told us that the room we wanted had no AC available. This discussion happened ONLY WHEN WE CHECKED IN at 6. And we were already late to our other plans because of that. They gave us a discount since they shifted us to a smaller room. The room we selected was honestly so disappointing and not worth the price.

It is a newly renovated property, situated at a very prime location.

the smell from the drain in the bathroom was a bit annoying, that made my stay within the room uncomfortable.

Good value, great location

Great location, lovely roof terrace & restaurant. The softest bed I've slept in so far in India! :) Room was clean & bedlinen was spotless.

I couldn't shake the feeling that the mattress and bedcover felt damp; my recommendation to the manager would be to ventilate and air the room.

Superb

Location is very good, It's waking distance from City palace, Bagore ki haveli and all the good cafes and restaurants are near by. Hemant and Kanishka from the staff are really welcoming and helper us through out our stay. Hemant helped me to pick our luggage from the other hotel and brought it here as well. I wish to come back again at The Red Pier.

Their build setup is still in progress and few things are still missing in the room. Though they are aware about it and assured us that those things are in process and will be added to the rooms soon. Like - Mirrors and extrs dustbins in the room.

the wibe and ambience was brilliant.we enjoyed the stay the staff was amazing. and the food served on their restaurant OTc was just fabulous...10/10 fr food n stay..must try

We stayed here for 3 days. The staff is pleasant and raghav is responsive and cooperative. The room was comfortable but the lavatory was smelly and we changed the room the next day. Wifi was not available at all for 2 days straight. Electricity was not continuous for the first day.

The staff, the hotel, its location, the food... A great place to stay in Udaipur.

The ground floor room. Noisy pigeons (through the air-conditionning system connected to the street)) and the gutter smell coming from the bathroom. These two little problems did not match the "deluxe" rating (and price for that matter).Next time, and we hope there's a next time, we'll ask for a first floor room (which we didn't do this time) because the place, the staff and the location are just perfect,
