Supertolle Lage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Inhaber, Zimmer war schon früher bezugsfertig, allgemeiner Kühlschrank vorhanden

With kids - super 👌

Good option for staying with kids: comfortable room and separate beds. Kitchen with all things you need for stay. A coffee machine with grains, but coffee wasn't very tasty for me. And you will not have problems with parking I think. And a nice location! Definitely.

A bit unfinished interior, minor issues like skirting boards were not fixed and it would be nice to add one or more hooks in the bathroom.

Location. Bodensee card.

Some communication difficulties but that's my fault - this is Germany and I don't speak or read German. Not helped by not meeting any staff face to face - key card was retrieved from a coded lockbox at the door.

Good

Good location, close to the lake and railway station. Little kitchen available. Spatious bathroom. The place is quiet. Easy access to the room. Fast feedback from the owner via chat, in case you have questions.

Very very old towels, that scratch your skin ( especially unpleasant, if you get sunburn on the lake beach). Smelly bed linens. I've never met the owner in person. The remote for TV is not compatible, so the TV did not work.

Close to the lake 5-10 min walk, comfortable parking only for 5 Euro, comfortable hood over the stove, and a mirror with lighting in the bath.

very old washed towels, bed linen is not comfortable, and an old frying pan, which is impossible to cook on. Hair from previous guests on the couch. In general, the impression is that the owners do not invest in the comfort of the guests. The house has very poor sound insulation, the clatter from the top floor was constantly heard.

Comfortable bed, great location, and great value for money

The room and house were very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very central to everything I needed (public transport, restaurants, lake, and shops). Additionally, the communication with the staff was straightforward, on time, and very clear.

We liked everything about the place. The price was good and it was very cozy. Comfortable beds and there was everything that we needed.

Superb

Increadibly cozy and clean. The bed is straight up cloud nine. Everything is arranged so you and staff don't bother each other. Location is good - it's inbetween of everything. I went by foot to every site of interest: old town, promenade, cathedral, Zeppelin museum and even Dornier museum, which is in the airport only 2.8km away.

It only lacked kettle, I hope they fixed it)

Location is really fine, close to the city center, or to the train station, even the beach is relatively close. The bed was really really comfortable. The staff very friendly, and solved everything. There is elevator. Heating was fine (we were in November)

The room was a little bit smelly, and everything a little bit retro.

Very friendly host! Nice and clean apartment.

The location is perfect, nearby the boulevard.

A bit noisy but that’s because of the people walking by outside. Earplugs in and you sleep comfortable.

Very lovely! I would love to return and also recommend to all.

Only one tiny thing: warning about check- in procedure came shortly before I arrived. I'm not looking at email at that point. So very confused when I couldn't find an office. But quickly resolved with phone call, no problem.

Noisy place: railway is very close to the building and trains are running quite often. Over the night some drunk people were shouting on the street.

A lovely surprise, would recommend and return

Bianca was an amazing host. Communication was great, we had no issues on check-in or during our stay. We never met her in person, but she made sure we had everything we needed. The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, and welcoming. There's also a balcony, perfect for warmer days. The property has very useful facilities, like lift, parking, and a shared kitchen. Location was great, close to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc.

Wifi was weak depending where you were in the room.

Superb

The location was good. It is very close to the center, bus station and ferry.

I would prefer to have the kitchen in the room but not a big issue. The common kitchen is also quite useful.
