Everything. Reception. Room. Location next to hospital where I had early morning appointment.
ONE THING. Electric wall socket is on same circuit as all room lights. Switch off lights to go to sleep. Wake in morning with dead mobile and dead laptop. Hotel had this reported before!

מיקום נפלא. מקום יפהפה. מתקן צעיר ונעים. חדר כושר נפלא. נקי להפליא. צוות חביב. קליטה מהירה. ארוחת בוקר חביבה.

The design of the hotel is really nice the staff was pretty cool the room was super clean and nice for the price. we booked a night and instantly regretted and booked a second night keep in mind the beach is a nice 30 minute walk from the hotel
No complaints besides the tv in the room was stuck the whole time

Perfect place for business travelers

The absolute highlight of this hotel for me was the staff. I was newly arrived in Israel for my first visit and the girls were so cheerful and welcoming and helped me get a local SIM card and directions to ATM, plus a heap of other questions answered, no bother. The hotel decor is modern and upbeat with loads of funky art. Rooms are small but well designed, clean and comfortable and have all the usual hotel amenities including a coffee maker. There’s a cafe downstairs and business and conference areas.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.

good location, clean rooms and good coworking space for the travellers who is doing business.
Strange logic of coffee machine location in the rooms.
2.0
clean and hip hotel with good co-working area. great place to meet with business partners etc.
the electric plug next to the bed disables when you switch off the light. it is impossible to get a new bottle of water if you do not want to refill an old bottle, very unfriendly and unmotivated staff that is not even trying to solve issues. Next time I will chose a different hotel.

Although I provided the full company details, the reception desk could not raise a proper invoice , asked several times thereafter for a revised one but to no avail, they dont even respond to emails.

I ate no meals there. Very exciting city location and beautiful city views. I wish it was closer to the train and the Sea, but no real problem...I began my Israeli weight loss program by the extra walking...
The bed a bit too hard. My lamp in room 112 did not work. I like the option of very low lights while recovering from jet lag.

Friendly staff, laundry and oven facilities, you can stay there like home

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are bus stops just outside and a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. We checked in at midnight and the staff was very helpful. Our room is spacious and the bed is super comfy. The hotel has many modern facilities underground: a dining bar, resting area, GYM and working area. It was a nice stay in Tel Aviv.
We paid a security deposit of 200 ILS except for the accommodating fee when check-in. After we checked out, this deposit took a month to be refunded to my card.

We loved the concept of the hotel, the decor, and the amenities. The rooms are really small but well designed so they felt comfortable. It could be a great hotel if it weren’t for the deal breakers of spotty wifi, the heavily perfumed air and the inconvenient location.
The hotel is doused in perfume. I can’t believe no other reviewers mentioned it so it must only bother me but every inch of this hotel is like standing next to a person who dropped a bottle of perfume on them. They spray the rooms, the hallways of every floor, the dining area, the lobby, literally everywhere! The wifi drops off a lot and we had a problem for all 3 days of our stay. We couldn’t use our VPN at all. If you intend to work while you’re in Tel Aviv, you might want to pick a hotel with a more steady connection. Lastly, the location is far from everything except the museum. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the beach. Old Jaffa is a 20 minute cab ride. Sarona Market is a 15 minute walk.

Great location. About 15 minutes from HaShalom train station. 10 minutes to Ibn Gvirol street with a lot of food options. About 15 minute to Sarona Market. Less than 10 minutes to the theaters square.
There were few black spots in the bathroom. Although overall room, and the bathroom in particular were clean.

The cleaning lady was a superb professional
No breakfast was included in a rather high rate, that would certainly justify it
