The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and was located ideally to access the River, Castle and town center bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a little corner shop next door.
There was some building work taking place in the next door property and the wall in the back yard between the two properties had been taken down and temporarily replaced with a metal barrier. Not a major problem as it was November and assume works will be complete soon with a new fence providing a private spot to sit outside.

Clean, very well laid out, compact, great usage is space, walking distance to the center of town and the riverside. Strong wifi, good heating and Netflix which kept us entertained on a rainy day. Hosts were v responsive and adjusting regarding early checkin and late checkout. We had a minor issue with plumbing which was promptly attended to and sorted out. Overall would highly recommend.
Only 1 bathroom

The size of the rooms, the decor and the facilities.
The noisy neighbours upstairs. They were very noisy first thing in the morning and woke us up most days.
5.0 / 5.0
Equipped and decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean.
Location was perfect for a stroll by the river or straight up the road into the town centre. The Little shop right next door to the apartment was very useful stocking most things we needed and they were very friendly and helpful.
Very short walk to the pick up points by the cathedral for any coach trips. short taxi ride to bus or train station but could be walked too.
We were able to leave our luggage after check out time until our flight later.
Overall it was ideal for our stay in Inverness. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon.
Only thing I can think of was noise from a pump in the smaller bedroom . something coming from next door

We were a family of 3 adults walking the Great Glen Way and on the day we were to arrive,my son got very unwell with a stomach bug.I emailed Fiona if it was possible to have an early check in so he could rest.Fiona rang me and not only allowed a much earlier check in but also asked if we needed anything at the Apartment to help our Son ,which thankfully has recovered .
The apartment had everything you required and more to make it a great comfortable experience
Thanks so much Fiona

It was very comfortable, well decorated, and had an excellent location! It is one of the cutest places we have stayed in.
Everything was really wonderful.

Exceptionally clean and amazingly comfortable beds.
We had a small problem with the key for the inner entrance door. We locked it from the inside the 1st night we were there and in the morning we couldn't unlock it!! So maybe warn future guests not to do that!

Dryburgh Apt #3 was a beautifully decorated and large apartment. Centrally located in Inverness, Scotland. A short walk to city center and to the river. No problem parking on side streets with the parking pass provided. Very comfortable beds and a very stylish bathroom. Artwork was amazing.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.

This location is walking distance to everything! The place was fully remodeled with energetic art, it has a nice new feel inside. The bathroom and kitchen were sparkling clean. It is small but well laid out and stocked with all necessities. The host left some nice welcome snacks and there were welcomed necessities like coffee, shampoo and conditioner and even some laundry detergent. Perfect sized house for a family with younger children.
The owner advised us after the booking was no longer cancellable that the garden area was closed due to some scaffolding on the adjacent building. This was not the full story. The adjacent building was attached to our building and the scaffolding was up because they were re-roofing. When I notified the owners, they assured me "don't worry as there shall be no noise or workers anywhere near there." We had the windows open (no air cond, which is fine but we had a 70 degree day so we needed the windows open; Therefore, the workers woke us up and we heard them anytime they were working while we were in the apartment. When I shared that there was actually work being done and shared a photo, the owner SCOLDED ME and said "ok thats the roofer. He won't disturb you and won't be around the back" then asked me not to take any more photos of people without their permission. This owner clearly did not care that they misrepresented their property or that my family was not comfortable. We did not sleep well and when I advised them we would be out at 11 they said "it's 10am check out" even thought the instructions shared 10a-11a checkout. We would have left at 10 if that was the rule. I also didn't like that there were stains on the duvet cover. For a newly remodeled place, clean bedding would have been expected. I would not recommend because I feel like an owner should know re-roofing is going on and give renters the opportunity to make the decision for themselves if they want the noise. It would've been a good value, it could've been a great stay. Instead, it was a lovely arrival and a disappointing stay.

Fiona was great to deal with and went over and above to assist us. Location is handy to Inverness city centre and has a grocery shop next door.

There was scaffolding around the whole building during the visit which meant there was no access to the patio, noise from very early on from the workmen, lack of light in the property due to scaffold. If we had known this we wouldn't have booked it. Otherwise a lovely place.

Central location, beautiful clean apartment , cereal snacks and fresh water on arrival which was really nice !
issue with the heating system and was very cold and unable to sleep properly, directly next door to a convenience store security alarm went off at 1am for 3 hours (however that’s not the owners responsibility)

The apartment is nice, clean, warm and cozy, has everything one needs, including good entertainment on the TV, and is wonderfully located. Also, having a parking permit is a great benefit.
While the shower was excellent and hot, we were not ready that there is only a shower head and no extendable tap - would have taken shower caps with me not to wet my hair. Not a big thing, though.

Very clean, great location, good size. Great to have a lot of TV channels. Comfortable and well furnished. Great size shower room. Fantastic soft towels.
Bed too small, no coat hooks for jackets, no clocks working, could do with more cutlery.

Everything. Will certainly try to book this appt again.
Its not a 'didnt like' ...if the big wall in the livingroom also had a huge print hanging on it, the room would be complete. Maybe its just because we are fans of the artist chosen to adorn the walls that we wanted more😉
