We absolutely loved the house! Such a convenient location and we loved having lots of communal spaces to hang out as well as having plenty of bedroom space.
The WiFi wasn't the best, but this really didn't effect us too much!

it was a huge property with loads of space inside and out. 3 bathrooms was ideal with 11 of us staying there.
the wifi was really slow and not worth connecting to. the property manager did contact us to check all was ok and he will look at it when he goes to the property. it wasn’t the end of the world

The property is just amazing. The location is great. In the morning there were 🦌 in the garden. All the rooms, kitchen and living spaces are big, well equipped & maintained. Very comfortable stay...

Fab location, great size for a large family getaway.
Lots of space, love that some of the main rooms have their own sofa for relaxing. Plus the two reception rooms, absolutely no risk of people being under each others feet.
Good kitchen facilities and the number of bathrooms works well for the number of guests.
Honestly, being picky, few odd little niggles, like one of the bedroom doors sticking, only one tea towel, The entry to the driveway is a little tight... Really just wasn't a lot to be unhappy about at all.

We had a great time and your property was lovely. We most likely will look at returning not in the too distant future.

Loved house. Exactly fitted our needs. There were 10 of us ranging from 88 year ol to 1 year old. Very well equipped, wanted for nothing. Very, very clean. Very friendly gardener who brought us wood etc for stove and even outside toys for children. Garden and outside seating etc were great.
In main rooms the lighting was strange, either too dark or too bright. Big sofas in big room might need replaced.

The house was huge. I was with a group of 9 and I was worried we might be a little cramped. However, this was absolutely not the case. We all came together for my best friend's hen do and the house struck the perfect vibe for the weekend.

House was a good size, comfortable and ideal for a couple of nights away as part of a large group.
Plenty of space to chill out, nice kitchen, bathrooms etc.
Secluded, peaceful and quiet.
It was a little dated, but fine and comfortable.
One thing I wasn’t impressed with were the ‘covid protocols’ that I didn’t actually receive until after the stay. We were expected to strip our own beds and empty the bins amongst other things.
We’d paid £400 per night for a house and were expected to do the job of the cleaner.
These aren’t covid protocols at all, they are simply in place to leave less work for the company cleaning the property.
It left a bit of a sour taste to receive a message saying they were disappointed we didn’t adhere to this, when I hadn’t received a message to ask for it to be done.
That being said, millions of properties all over the world have covid procedures, this doesn’t involved stripping beds or emptying the bins. This isn’t or certainly shouldn’t be the job of guests. If hotels and other properties can strip beds and empty bins, I’ve no idea why this property would expect it of its guests.
Covid policy aside, I have no real negatives that I’d seriously complain about.

Great, quiet location, close to shops, a park and short drive to Inverness city centre.
Good facilities in the house, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of sitting rooms, plenty of bedrooms, a BBQ and many more.
Beautiful, large garden, a gem for kids to hide, wander and explore.
Nothing in particular.

The host went over and above to be helpful and easy to contact. It was a clean and well equipped for a very enjoyable holiday with friends and young children. The grounds were beautiful, fabulous garden for both adults and children.
The number of ornaments and glass worried us due to having young children with us. Thankfully they all stayed in one piece!

Best place and space home.

Lovely spacious house. 3 families fitted in no problem with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen has all you need including dishwasher which was great as 12 of us. Great outdoor space and we were so lucky with the weather and sat outside on the patio at night. Kids played hide and seek and football in the large garden. It was close to other places to visit, we went to Nairn and Fort Augustus for the day. Conor was great to deal with and kept in touch to make sure we didn't need anything. Brilliant few days, would definitely recommend and visit again.
