He was very untruthful and the property had bed bugs. Were still awaiting an acknowledgment or response from him, over a month on. It made me so ill, i ended up in hospital, maybe timing was coincidental or the bites caused a reaction
Bed bug infestation, he is aware but doesn’t care

Didn’t even view this property.
Didn’t even go, booked and then after booking got informed they wanted £100 per person for farmers weekend however wasn’t even made aware of this prior to booking. Was told they’d cancel then rang booking.com and they said they’d sort it. Tried to waive the fee after being told they’d sort it for it to be declined apparently. Robbing, scamming people. Don’t fall for this trap.
Absolutely shocking.
Still trying to get my money back through my bank as it was falsely advertised wanting money after a booking which was crazy as we booked for 6 people so wanting £600 are they for real!

Nothing
Despite messaging to state our arrival time we were stood out in the cold for ages before someone appeared. Room was damp and dirty with mould around windows and on the walls. Vent was hanging of the wall and the blinds were broken. Sat on the bed and was like sitting on concrete. We were told the heating wouldn't be on and so there was a small plug in heater that could be used.
My 4 year old son suffers quite badly with asthma and so we checked out within half an hr of arriving as he would have been poorly if we'd attempted to stay. Hotel wouldn't allow us cancellation despite this and refused us our money back for the room. Avoid if you can, wouldn't let my dog sleep here

Absolutely nothing at all!!
Absolute shambles of a place… booked the deluxe family room for me my partner and autistic son… arrived and was rudely greeted by a house keeper… informing us that the previous guests from the night before had smashed the tv. Asked if we would be loved to another room or a refund so we could book somewhere else as my son would not settle without the tv which is why we booked that room. Was told no. Manager was in India but contacted via phone and was spoke to very poorly with foul language. Spoke to booking.com and the property lied and said we refused the stay which wasn’t the case! Absolutely vile service!! Tried to cancel and was charged the room price plus another 35 on top… the inside of the property (well as far as we got didn’t even get to the room) was absolutely disgusting… office space for house keeper was horrendous couldn’t even see the floor for rubbish!! The smell was something else!… nothing like the photos…

The 1 and only positive is that this Crack Den is close to the city centre.
- Extremely Run down
- Bedding was really old and bobbly
- Sink next to bed
- Curtains smelt like poo
- Everything is broken
- Walls so thin you can hear everything in everyone else’s room
- Light above mirror didn’t work
- Ceiling was literally falling in through the roof with lots of silicone keeping it up
- It looks like a clean was attempted, but you need a bit more than demestos for sort this out
- Couldn’t use shower as it was so vile
- We paid £25 so we were just amused, but anyone paying upwards of this is very silly

Apart from location, nothing about this "hotel" was good
Not clean at all.
The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time .
The paint work was mismatched and dirty
The door to the room didn't lock properly
There was an unpleasant smell of cannabis.
The bunk beds were held together with bits of metal and a few screws
No toiletries as advertised
Curtains didn't fit the windows
Tiebacks were scraps of white material sewn together with black cotton . The "hotel" is for sale. Hopefully, the next owner will give the place some much needed TLC

Hotel was situated in an ideal location of Blackpool with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tram services. Front of house lady was really nice and polite. This hotel is fine if you’re only sleeping there and don’t intend to spend a lot of time there.
The place was kinda shabby , the room needed a good hoover and the bathroom had seen better days. Got a parking ticket from parking next to the hotel as stated has parking but doesn’t tell you where to park and thought we could park our car next to the hotel and ended up being fined!
