We really enjoyed our overnight stay here
Bed and sofa were very comfortable and the room had all the facilities we needed

Very comfortable
Can’t think of anything negative

Room 101, very spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, no major complaints
The carpet was quite shabby and had lifted in places, it was also a bit dark/dingy. Just needed a bit of TLC and modernising.

the history and position in Merchant City
the noise from the courtyard - almost constant noise maybe from extractor fans

rooms were too hot, uncomfortable to sleep.
3.5
This property is in a great location to the main shopping area and train station .
It was a bit noisy . Our room looked into the multi-storey car park and bin emptying area .

Noise is absolutely shocking impossible to sleep. Wouldn't move us rooms
3.5
The room was very spacious, and had everything we needed
The early morning noise was awful! Around 7am bottle bins being emptied! Multiple bins!
4.5
Great staff, good location, bonus for having the excellent coffee machine
5.0
the property was spotlessly clean, the facility’s available for cooking were great although we never cooked. the bed was very comfortable there were hard and soft pillows on the bed so you could choose which suited you best. The bathroom had a large bath which had a shower in it.The location was handy for both railway stations, places to eat and pubs. I would highly recommend this place.
Due to the windows only being single glazed at times you could sometimes hear the traffic, but not loud enough to cause an issue.

Room was great and brilliant size

The suite was warm and comfortable and we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated, there was a problem with the hot water which was inconvenient but they were great at keeping us updated
We asked one of the housekeeping staff to replenish our toilet paper and give us fresh towels which she wrote down with our room number but we came back that evening to it not having been done which was disappointing

Our stay there would have been fine overall , if the boiler had not broken down , and there was no hot water on morning of Monday 10 th April.
Therefore , no shower for us which was disappointing, which I think you need first thing in the morning , to freshen you up , and prepare you for your journey home . It's just as well this did not happen on Sunday the 9 th , as there were a lot of guests in the hotel to attend my daughter's wedding in Arta, and we all needed to scub up well for this major event.

location, staff were good
tv wasn’t in front of Tv to watch Tv in bed and not a lot of tea/coffee things for the price and the times allowed in/out etc
5.0
beautiful accommodation and staff were lovely
couldn’t fault anything
3.5
The rooms were excellent
I would have preferred a proper cooked breakfast especially for the cost of an overnight stay
