Away from aircraft noise, 2 bedroom unit.

Safe area of San Jose. Quiet and away from airport noise. Shuttle from airport one way was included and returned us reliably for a fee next day. One km walk to ideal fruit and yoghurt breakfast cafe called Sip Juice Bar Cariari.

We arrived when it was dark and there is no food option at the hotel at all.

Top lokatie!

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Appartement zeer schoon en ruim en met grote bad. Terrein is veilig achter een grote hek in een nette buurt. fresh market in de buurt en je bent zo in San Jose centrum, of andere uitwegen.

Exceptional

Beautiful 2 story with awesome staff. Breakfast was delivered to the door. We got shuttled from airport. Jacuzzi was nice to have in our own room. We definitely will stay again.

Place needs renovation

It's clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming Close to the airport

I'm sorry but I hated the stay. This place needs renovation. The room smelled like old musty furniture, and 1st floor windows have no mosquito nets, so it's impossible to air the room. There are no air conditioners. They're not listed on the facilities, but honestly I implied that the AC is default for any hotel in a place hot and humid like Costa Rica and didn't even check. There are fans instead, but they're pretty noisy and not efficient for the big room. The night was uncomfortable. The lights are dim, so the rooms get pretty dark at night. There are enough outlets in the bedroom, and theyre located in the inconvenient places. WiFi signal too weak for the bedrom on the 1st floor (the router was on the second), it kept going on and off. The shower is barely running and I just couldn't get the temperature I want: it's either hot or cold water.

Hidden gem near the airport

Free airport shuttle at 3 am. Denis was very helpful. Let me check in early. My shuttle from the east coast didn't stop at this hotel but I was dropped off at a nearby hotel and he arranged for a taxi to pick me up.

Convenient, spacious, friendly, super clean --great stay!

Very convenient for airport travel, meals and small grocery store within half mile walk, very clean and comfortable apartment --plenty of space for family of 5. Neighbors were loud and management addressed it as well as provided complimentary breakfast. Very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Perfect stay near the airport of San José.

A roomy fully equipped apartment, not too far from the airport in a secure area. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, large kitchen, balcony with table and chairs, shared swimming pool, very friendly staff. Basic but OK breakfast, shop and restaurants nearby.

There is a lot of street noise at night. There are no curtains in the bedrooms.

Property advertised airport shuttle but not available for us. We provided flight number, date etc. and expected to be met at airport but unfortunately no shuttle. We had to hire private taxi for $25. US.

very spacious for three adults and nice to have ensuites as well as a half bathroom. Dennis was very welcoming and helpful. the apartment is a little old fashioned but very clean and comfortable.

What a nice surprise

There is space for everything you need. It is not an open design but you have table and chairs on your own terrace. The breakfast is simple but different every day with fresh juice and always fresh fruit. There is a Fresh Market (smaller and different than the US) within walking distance but may be a challenge for those that have trouble with uphill walks.This is a peaceful area which is a plus in the Central Valley

Stuff was friendly and very accommodating. The location is close to the airport and has a nice free shuttle.

Beds were not comfortable at all, which is the main reason why people would stay there to have a rest. I would not recommend it as you can't sleep on very small, uncomfortable beds with very bad pillows ..

It was our second stay there and works perfectly for so many reasons, particularly if convenience to the airport is important. Spacious, comfortable rooms and an incredibly customer focused manager and staff. Strongly recommend.

I liked the location. Ample room and a good price. My breakfast sandwich had mold on the cheese.. They had a vehicle to take us to the airport (7 of us) and that was greatly appreciated.

my friends and I were concerned because you kept the copy of our passport. That is private info and we wanted that shredded after we left. No one was on site to help or discuss our concerns.

More than I expected

Because I was alone and had the whole apt...it was so much room, I felt like I was in a palace. The airport shuttle was the determining factor in my booking and that was arranged with precision, both the pickup and the 3 am shuttle to my plane. The guard even came to carry my suitcase to the shuttle at 3:00 am! I also needed a place to eat dinner and the taxi was arranged to drop me off and pick me up 90 minutes later. the apt was more than spacious and the furnishings were definitely quality.

Affordable, safe and friendly… a truly excellent experience!

From the moment the driver met us at the airport, we received excellent service. Our flight was delayed but we were picked up within minutes of exiting the airport. Upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by an employee with our keys. The unit was spotless and nicely furnished. I loved my upstairs bedroom which was beyond spacious with a private bathroom/shower/tub. The bed was comfortable but I like firm beds. My brother took the first floor bedroom, which also had a spacious bathroom but he didn’t enjoy the firm bed as much. ☺️ Still he said he slept well. The property is fully gated and a guard is on the property 24/7 so safety isn’t an issue. We walked to a Fresh Market grocery (which is well stocked with anything you might want, including Vegan products, fruit, fresh produce, beer, wine, fresh bread…), and a mall which had everything from a Rx, Veterinarian, and restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Steakhouse, Seafood, Indian, Chinese plus a neat bakery. Trust me, if you crave it, they have it and the food was DELICIOUS! It’s a one mile walk each way but great exercise. Or you could grab a taxi or Uber. We always went to the shopping area during the day. I wouldn’t walk there at night due to the traffic and area’s of the roadway without sidewalks. Lastly, the breakfast served daily at the hotel was healthy and enjoyable. The staff, from the manager Denise, to the security, grounds and housekeeping staff were truly AMAZING! We look forward to coming back and already told them we’d be returning in the future. Absolutely awesome experience. Hats off to this team or amazing people.

Excellent!!!!

Dennis was amazing!!!! We were only there for one night before heading out and wish I could have stayed longer. Facilities were great, Dennis is amazing and our room was very impressive. He takes pride in everything that he does, we had a 6:00 am flight so couldn't get breakfast, so at 3:45 he had fresh fruit and OJ delivered for us. Dennis, you are awesome and any time I come to San Jose, I'll stay at you resort!!!!!

Exceptional

This was a very nice apartment. My wife didn't want to leave she loved it so much. It was a big apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom was large with an incredible bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The swimming pool was just a few steps from the door of the apartment. The breakfast was brought to us on a tray because of covid precautions. The. breakfast was OK considering the situation. The staff treated us very well. We reserved the apartment for a later date we liked it so well.

The swimming pool water was to cold for me.
