I liked the location walking distance to beach nice big lobby to unwind

The air-conditioning wasn't working had uncomfortable to sleep.with the widow open carpark attendant was very loud

The room was nice and clean. But the wifi did't work for 3 days and when we asked they keep saying our wifi is working the problem is your phone, when the 3 of us were struggling with internet. But the triple room was nice

Unhelpful staff! We had 2 towels and one of them was dirty. I asked receptionist for a new clean one for my wife but he didn’t want to cooperate and said they only provide 2 towels at this hotel. I insisted as we really needed one towel but he didn’t give it until I mentioned that my wife would leave a review. When he gave it, it wasn’t necessary anymore. I asked about the wifi not working and they just told us to deal with the fact that it wasn’t working. Went back to the room at night and found out the sheets were dirty with blood from the previous guests and it hadn’t even been changed. Absolute nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Nice room, good location, terrible Wi-Fi

Good size of junior suite, clean rooms, bathroom etc. There was some leaking from the shower but they give plenty of towels. A bidet was also available in the suite’s bathroom. The lobby of the hotel is well decorated and spacious. The staff were friendly and the cleaner cleaned the room extremely well.

The Wi-Fi was not connecting in our room (117). We reported this multiple times and the staff only managed to fix it for an hour or so on the first day until it stopped working and the. nothing was done to try and fix it. We stayed for 3 nights and so it was very frustrating being without internet and having to rely on our own mobile data. The only location with Wi-Fi was in the lobby so I had to go downstairs to use the internet, it was very inconvenient to be honest. This is the main reason for the 6/10 rating. I don’t usually give neutral or dissatisfied reviews but this was a frustrating experience and one I Do not wish to have again. One solution could have been to give us a personal internet hotspot for our floor or to give us a few dirhams to pay for internet on our own phones but they did t suggest anything except to wait for their engineer to fix it.

the hotel is located closed to the beach

the walls are inexistent: we heard loud noises until 4am coming from the beside room. we left one day before and none asked us the reason: it was so weird not having a reaction from the staff.
