Staff attempted to assist with air conditioning not working in first room and moved us to a second room.
Not clean, first room air conditioning broken, moved to a second room also issues with air conditioning. Advertised as five star at best one to two star. Restaurant only opened for breakfast. Limited power outlets had two power outlets for three device, wifi modem, TV or fridge take a choice. Photos used in advertisement do not represent the Hotels current conditions and facilities.

There are 3 things I impress, First the hotel is located at Chokchai 4, where you can find the food all night long. Second, service from the staff at front is excellent! She took care of us so good and politely even it was a late night. The last one is breakfast, they served at your room. We ordered chicken porridge and late coffee, the coffee was a bit too sweet, but the porridge was delicious!
What I don't like is about the clean in room. Floor is suppose to be more clean. Pillows are too flat and 2 more needed. And also towels was clean but too old.

Nice big room and massive bathroom
Staff very helpful and friendly
Nice swimming pool
No wardrobe or cupboard to put clothes in
Exceptionally hard mattress, bed however was huge

I like the room space, good for people with disabilities and also the food that was served. I enjoyed my time and bell showed me lots of things and places.

They delivered breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly.
The air conditioner did not work well, the WiFi in the room was spotty and there was ants... a lot of ants
