Good place to stay in Agra!

Nice little comfortable private room with street view from window from two directions. Staff was helpful and relaxed. Location was good with restaurants close and the Taj Mahal in walking distance.

Staff was helpful

Property is not maintained at all. Room was not cleaned properly. Washroom condition was too poor. Moustache Jaipur and Udaipur are far better than Agra. Even food at restaurant was not worth to anything. Agra property of moustache really need an improvement.

The room size could have been better and movement sounds could be heard from other two rooms, that made it feel less private.

VERY POOR AND DIRTY!

The staff was friendly.

After staying in the Hostel Moustache in Jaipur, I have to say, that this one was very disappointing, since I was expecting the same level of services. We stay in a shared 6 bed room, that was right next to the reception. The beds were ok, but the bathroom was not properly clean and the shower water, was also not working well. The rooftop restaurant was dirty and the food was very poor.

Passable

The location and mattress was good, and staff helpful. Terrace is nice.

It was super dirty, sheets were not changed, broken fans and lights, no locks for security, it needs some proper maintenance.

Pleasant enough - but not really a hostel vibe

Great location - for walking to the Taj and to other sights. The rooms were fine - and the hostel is pleasantly designed, even if in need of a bit of freshening up. Some of the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.

Slightly tired rooms - shower in the bathroom wasn't great. Needed to ask for towels, water and some toiletries - rooms didn't really appear to be ready (though we arrived in the afternoon/evening). The guy who carried our luggage up the stairs - which we didn't really need him to do - asked for a tip and said it was a 'luggage charge'. Not the sort of thing you expect in a hostel. The restaurant on the rooftop has a great location but it didn't seem much in use when we were there.

The room.was dirty. We had to ask to change the sheets. It was also very cold. The room was very minimal and different from the pics displayed online.

Great stay

Great location, close enough to walk to the Taj but far enough to escape the noise and crowds.

Music playing till late in the cafe upstairs but still managed to call asleep.

Disappointing

Location was good, they stored our bags for us on the day we were leaving.

Room was filthy (floor, rug, sheets), bathroom smelled putrid and had no hot water for both days we were there, wifi connection was patchy in our room at best, powerpoints in our room didn’t work, room had no windows except one small one above the door that let light in all hours of the day, room was freezing and had no heating, blanket wasn’t even big enough for the bed. Men would come in and stare when we sat in the lobby. Very poor even for budget hostel standards.

bad experience

the location. it is near taj mahal and the area is not very congested also as compared to other places in agra.

The bed was dirty. the bathroom was dirty. cleanness is missing. the staff was not very helpful either. The drivers of guests were staying in the dorm too among us.

Staff great, hostel terrible

Staff helpful and happy. They had hot water. 30 minute walk to TM.

Smoking in dorms tolerated. Staff quickly moved me non-smoker to another dorm where I got devoured by mosquitoes. Beds uncomfortable Per bed electrical missing and/or broken. Had to use recharge in restaurant. No per bed lights or broken. No separate bathroom lights, connected to overhead. So no sleep. Worst hostel in India.
