Misleading and frustrating
We checked in on the 18th. The unit was absolutely dirty and disgusting. Toilet didn’t work. AC didn’t work. Filthy dirty. Nothing in the kitchen to cook with. And in Miami, according the the property management company, the 2nd floor is called the 3rd floor. No view.
After 2 days we got a different unit on the 6th floor. Better. View was good. Doors on closets were broken and a towel rack was pulled out of the wall. Lots of cockroaches.
Overall, this condo complex is pretty low end but could be really nice of it was simply cared for by the owners. I would avoid and never stay here again. The property managers do their best but the owners don’t care much about keeping these units nice and tidy. They just want to churn cash.

Overall this place was close to perfect. The only downfalls is having to call the property management when anything goes wrong. The air was not working and it really never worked right the entire time we were there. The phones didnt work but I think thats more of a property issue. And the elevators are really slow. That was about it. The pool was great, the café was nice, and the staff was extremely kind. Id stay again!

Very nice
All was good and we enjoyed our time, the only problem was the elevator situation! Every day we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes!!! I hope this problem can be resolved. Thanks

As described but chintzy
The building was as described and all the big things were fine—nice furniture, nice beds, place was clean, people were helpful, etc but everything else felt like they were cutting corners as much as possible. Only two elevators for huge building so most times took stairs and when we were leaving with bags literally waited 15 minutes for the elevator. The shuttle to the beach seats 5 people and there was usually a line of ~10 people so rather than wait, we just walked. The kitchen was missing basic things—no corkscrew, no ice cube trays and ice cube maker was broken, no filters for coffee maker, 1/2 roll of paper towel,.1 container of dishwasher soap for 5 day stay. I ended up spending about $30 on basic kitchen supplies. A number of lights were out and there was a bare bulb dangIing in fridge. There is mandatory $25/day valet parking and it takes 15-20 minutes to get your car. I doubt we’ll go back.

Buyer beware !!!
The resort amenities such as beach chairs umbrellas bikes etc. are NOT included! They were clearly listed on the advertisement AND on the CONFIRMATION that I received as soon as I paid with my credit card. I even called ahead to verify all the details including the resort amenities a couple days before. When we got there, they would not give us a chair or umbrella unless we paid per chair and per umbrella. I was told that the owner did not pay the resort fees. I tried to call the owner and felt like he was dodging our call. When we got back, I called the owner. He told me that there was a mix up as he had all new beach staff. He said that he would refund me after I responded to his email. After several emails back-and-forth, I still haven’t gotten any reimbursement. This is clearly false advertising and taking advantage of vacationers! It just upset me that we were staying somewhere that there was such fraud and deception going on!

beautiful well located, extraordinaire views.
great apartment, new , good furniture. breath taking views.
Downside: elevators are terrible you could wait up to 10 minutes for them to arrive. Valet parking is a mess, even thought they try hard, it does not work well, the building was designed to be a condo and turned into a hotel with out the infrastructure to attend massive demand for parking ( valet only)

Great experience at Beachwalk
Building and apartment were very clean. Staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Courtesy shuttle to the beach was a nice touch as it avoided walking across busy A1A. Will definitely rent again. Highly recommend.
