Not a lot.
DIY maintenance. Shower not working. Toilet leaking on to the floor. Fittings hanging off the wall. Light hanging by wires.

Good location, friendly staff
Very uncomfortable bed, the room was tiny and extremely hot with a tiny window that did not allow air flow and no fan provided or air con in the building, there was only 2 plug sockets and the shower had little to no power and was cold.

The staff were so lovely and helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
We only had 2 towels in our 3 bedroom room but it wasn't a problem. We just shared.

The car park is very limited and on a first come first served basis, but parking is available in a side street. This single room was very small, but all the basics were there. It was clean but the shower was very weak.

The bar wasn’t open, no breakfast facilities either.

I ended up leaving at 3.30am because of bed bugs in the room. The reception is supposed to be 24 hours but there was nobody there or answering the phone when I tried to complain. Do not stay here

It was undergoing renovation, so no breakfast, or bar. Other guests appeared to be homeless or refugee status

The hotel was easy to find good location from the train station, hotel staff looked after our luggage witch was nice
Kettle was broken,patio door didn't close properly, couldn't use balcony due to health and safety, Vue was a building site ( not disclosed ) ,no facilities in hotel due to renovation work ( not disclosed) Dustbin in room was left full from last occupant ,old food left on chair? Made us question the cleanliness of the whole room

I saw bedbugs on my bed. No tea or cup included the room. No warm water running for bath. You could easily hear movement along the hall way and the conversation from the next occupant while in the room.

Earlier start to breakfast , very dated property small rooms toilet and shower were basically in a cupboard in the room , uncomfortable bed could feel the springs in the mattress
