This villa feels loved - the minute you walk in it has a warm and relaxing feel to it. Perfectly located with a stunning view out to sea through the hills. We loved the village for a stroll, cocktail or tapas. The people were warm and fun. Paul is a great host, helped us out when we forgot our adaptors and was happy to provide numbers for taxis, boat hire etc. The pool is huge, cool and well kept. The cleaners were super efficient, friendly and quick. All fabulous. 10/10 happy and would love to book again!

The house was as described and even better! perfectly located on the hill but at the same time very accessible. all equiped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, AC in all rooms and all needed amenities; we totally recommend !!

We found everything we needed in the property.
It was a peaceful location, a short 5 minute walk into the little town, fine for us but an uphill climb to return which wasnt suitable for elderly parents so we took them down in the car.
I'd advise mosquito repellant, they were an issue.
Pre book restaurants as they do get busy.

Seamless and easy communication and check-in. The villa has everything you need (the only thing it that it's a bit noisy), and especially the outside area is very nicely decorated. The location is great (and safe and well-accesible) with many things within 15-minute driving distance, and Sant Josep town is small but cute with some nice little restaurants and a small supermarket. The owner Paul is a friendly guy, we could even check-out a few hours later. We would definately rent this villa again.

Villa Can Xanchu is a great place to spend time with your friends and family. The house is very well thought so that every one can have privacy but also gather to spend time together. John was a very considerate host. He was very flexible for check-in and check-out. We definitely recommand this house for your holidays in Ibiza !

This villa is located on the outskirts of the town so you get the benefit of being able to easily walk into lovely Sant Josep whilst being in a quiet and serene location. The views from the villa are lovely, overlooking pine woodland out to the sea and the stars at night time are incredibly bright and clear.
The villa is decorated in a traditional style, is homely and has all of the facilities you would expect. Everything was very clean and tidy and Paul met us on arrival and gave us a thorough introduction to the villa. He was also contactable throughout the stay and very helpful when needed.
The external environment to the villa is beautiful with lots of different spaces to enjoy. There are places to dine together, different small seating areas and a fantastic outside cushioned area which is really comfortable. The pool is big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is a gated driveway and plenty of off road parking.
I would fully recommend this villa - it's got everything you need to have a great holiday but also easy to get to from the airport, in close proximity to the local beaches and an easy walk into the town which has a good range of restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Can Xanchu. The location is perfect and the villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a home from home feel. We will be returning.

We had a fantastic week in this lovely, well equipped villa. The swimming pool and outside seating areas were ideal for our family. The views over the valley to the sea are exceptional. It is a peaceful location but only a five minute walk into St. Josep which has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Thank you Paul for being an excellent host and sharing your family home with us.

We had a great week in this beautiful Villa, lovely pool with gorgeous views over the countryside and sea. Walking distance to village with supermarket and a few restaurants and a short drive to fantastic beaches and restaurants. Taxis couldn’t always find us but there’s a taxi rank down the hill. The villa is beautiful and well kept. It is exactly as advertised and we loved the 70's Ibiza vibe. Us two + our two young adult children holidayed her for 7 days with the intent to get away, relax, enjoy some time together. The villa was perfect for this and ticked the box in everyway we wanted. The pool, the terrace for dining and late evening chats/playing games were spot on. the surrounding area is lovely, the villa has great views and the village St Josef has great restaurants and shops. It is not often that I feel compelled to write reviews or to say that I want to go back somewhere but in this case - yes & yes! Thanks Paul - Much appreciated.

Fantastic best ever
This is by far the best villa we have stayed in, the elevated position of the villa not only gave us stunning views but also cool breezes. The villa is well laid out with obvious thought taken in the layout and positioning of the various outside seating areas making best use of the outside space. San Jose is but a short walk away with delightful friendly bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Paul was always on hand and extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and visit.

What a fantastic house. We stayed with 8 adults and 2 small kids. Plenty off space with great outdoor facilities. Situation is also excellent. In 20 minutes you can cover most highlights. For sure i will come back

Wonderful
From the moment we arrived at Villa Can Xanchu and saw the view from the terrace across to the sea we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our Ibizan holiday. The villa was very peaceful, spotlessly clean and the big pool and garden with the various seating areas was perfect for our group. Situated just a couple of minutes walk from the quiet village of San Josep and only a short drive from Ibiza Town and San Antonio it really was in an ideal spot for us to explore the island and all it had to offer. Paul was very helpful both before and during our stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

Too beautiful to leave
Having spent a week in the Ibiza, intentions for the holiday were to use the villa as a base to explore the island. How wrong we were, we were so in love with the villa that we spent the majority of the time relaxing by the large pool, enjoying the stunning views and having BBQs beside the poolside in the evening. The villa was fresh and spacious therefore we did not feel crowded and we had the benefit of a cleaner twice a week. The villa is situated a short walk from San Joseph village which is delightful! It provides all that you should need with a lovely restaurant, supermarket, fishmongers and butchers. In addition, Paul, the host, was very friendly and approachable which meant we felt safe and comfortable during our time there. Highly recommend and will be back!!

Stunning Villa, perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It had everything we needed for 9 of us. The facilities are excellent and the handover and assistance provided to us by Paul and his wife were above and beyond. We would totally recommend this villa. It is a quick walk to the supermarket and little bars and restaurants of Sant Josep and there is also a taxi rank which makes getting around very easy. We travelled to San Antonia for a party and a wedding and a hen and stag do, that is how easy it was. There is nothing I would change about this villa or that I would want from its location. The pool is a great size and there is a little garden where the kids enjoyed playing badminton. The living space is fantastic, given we were 9 we never felt crowded and the pool area was a beautiful communal space for BBQ's and playing cards.

We loved our stay. Paul is a great host. The house has a great layout and lots of space. The location is perfect to head out to beaches or Ibiza town. San Jose with tiny cafes and shops are just a 5min walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! Outside it is beautiful with the pool and all the extra spots where you can sit and relax. And inside it is also very good. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen, fireplace.. It was well kept and very clean. Paul, the owner, was really helpfull. The location of the house is good, within a few minutes walking you are at the shops. The airport is near, Ibiza and the beaches also. So I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Paul!

Lovely villa in a great location
We're just back from a great week at Can Xanchu. We were there with our four children and it was a perfect and family-friendly villa, with a large pool and just a few minutes' walk from San Jose, which has some lovely places to eat as well as all the amenities you could want. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with great views and a lovely feel. Paul was a very friendly and helpful host and we'd definitely recommend this place - we loved it.

Beautiful property in a great location
Spent one week here in July and had a lovely time. The villa is spacious and even with 7 of us staying it never felt cramped and there is plenty of room to spread out. The property is well equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery etc. and a spacious dish washer to take it all. The rooms are all lovely, in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean. The pool is a good size and with a lovely BBQ and dining area on one side.
We found Paul, (the owner), to be very friendly and helpful and, as he lives next door, always on hand if we needed anything.
The villa is in a fantastic location. A very peaceful setting with sea views in the distance but only a few minutes walk into San Jose where there is a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets with everything you need. So you can go out for a meal and drinks without anyone having to drive. San Jose itself is only a short drive to a good selection of beautiful beaches and also only about 20 minutes from the airport.
We all had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul's property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of Ibiza. We would certainly go back and I wish I was there now!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet ist. Überall liebevolle Bereiche zum Verweilen für Groß und Klein. Die Finca ist wundervoll und die Bilder spiegeln genau das wieder. Auf nach Ibiza, Can Xanchu Ist ein Traum.
Für uns, mit drei Kindern, war unser Highlight natürlich der sagenhaft große Pool mit der farblich entzückenden Liege-Landschaft. Der Service und auch der Besitzer, Paul, waren großartig. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt:)!
Auch die Lage der Finca ist hervorragend, nur wenige Minuten ist das bezaubernde St.José entfernt, mit kulltigen Cafés, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, speziell für den Dinkelgaumen;) und natürlich eine nette Tapasbar.

Idyllic in every way,
Our first of what we know will be many more holidays in Can Zanchu......why? Because it is beautiful inside and out. Evening BBQs watching spectacular sunsets....mornings looking over the sea in the distance as we tuck into yummy pastries from the local bakery. Short walk to the town with great restaurants, interesting shops, well stocked supermarket. Paul the owner gives a warm and helpful welcome. We couldn't express more ...just how much we loved our stay.....absolutely nothing negative to say..truly. Thanks Paul.....we were delighted!

Perfect in every way
Everything about this villa was perfect and it had everything we needed for our stay.
I needed to run my business from holiday and the fast internet connection was an added bonus for me and I was able to work from all areas of the Villa which was a relief for me.
The location of the villa was spot on for our stay and was in walking distance to the local shops and restaurants etc.
The owner Paul was extremely helpful and welcoming and we would without question love to return to the Villa on our next vacation to Ibiza.
The property was cleaned to a high standard and we could not fault anything.
We hired a car for our stay which was essential to access local beaches and Ibiza Town.
We would love to return to the villa on our next visit to Ibiza - it really is just perfect.

Beautiful finca with lovely interior in nice surrounding close to Stant Joseph.
The Owner is Paul is very helpful, everything was clean and the pool was amazing.
Perfect place to stay with familiy, kids and friends. Even our Dog was welcome.
