This is a great place to stay on Koh Samet. It is in a very busy area with visitors entering and leaving the island at the port but the staff were amazing. We hired bikes from them and could get to anywhere on the island within 20 mins.

They have spacious and minimalist style room.
The door lock needs to double check cos I wasn't sure if it's already locked or not, I hope they could check, repair or replace it. The wifi connection is very weak, and not much to watch on the TV cable for English movies, news and shows , perhaps Netflix subscription would be great.

Room was tidy and clean.
Location was fine.
Shower drain was smelly after showering.
And the water did not drain correctly, so the whole bathroom was wet all the time.
You need to pay deposit for the room which is fine.
But one of my pen leaked on a towel and thats why we needed to pay.

The staff were really nice and went the extra mile to book our bus back to Bangkok. They replied very quickly and helped with any questions we had. The location was excellent, only 11 minutes walk to the main beach and there was transport readily available to go anywhere else. The bed was comfy and bed was made every day.
It is an incredibly loud hotel as it is right at the pier so you can hear everyone outside. Also, the toilet makes very loud noises when it is flushed.

This hotel is in front of the port, and is extremely noisey all day and night. The room smelt of sewer and i had to be moved. Second room wasn`t clean and the wifi dropped out every 5 minutes making work impossible. Ultimately I had to leave after only 1 day, and the property refused to refund me.
