Clean and centrally located to the entertainment region of the city.

Room was clean and ensuite bathroom was clean and modern. Concierge was very welcoming and helpful.

Location was in a very lively part of Hamburg so the noise from the street was loud. Smoking allowed in designated areas but smoke carried into rooms.

Не советую ни в коем случае

Ничего не понравилось,единственное преимущество это местополодение-центр.Все остальное просто Удас,фото не такие как на сайте,воды гар.нет,унитаз полуполоман,кровати ездят....места мало на три персоны,еле пройти в проходах между кроватями

Ничего не соответствовало информации на сайте...Ужас и условия,и обслуживание

Wenig erwartet, dennoch enttäuscht worden

Durch die Lage mitten auf der Reeperbahn ist man mittendrin im Geschehen, aber auch schnell bei vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht richtig geputzt, während des Aufenthaltes scheint auch nur gesaugt sowie der Mülleimer geleert worden zu sein. Das Fenster war dreckig, Schimmel an der Duschwand, allgemein war das Zimmer in einem eher schlechten Zustand. Während der vier Tage gab es an drei Tagen kein Warmwasser, somit war Duschen nur kalt möglich. Shampoo oder Duschgel standen nicht zur Verfügung. Der Login ins Wlan funktionierte nicht. Allgemein wirkt es so, als werde hier gutes Geld verdient, von dem allerdings kaum etwas ins Hotel investiert wird.

Sehr enttäuschend 😞

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich einen Ventilator. Hamburg.

Das ganze Appartement war sehr dreckig . Die Dusche war im Prinzip nicht begehbar. Auf dem frisch bezogenen Bett waren lange schwarze Haare. Der Boden wurde meiner Meinung nach nicht gesaugt. Für den Preis von 77 E die Nacht unverschämt.

Great value, great location.

Great value for money. Beds and room were clean.

Beds are a little odd with three different layers of bed base and mattresses but in the end very comfy.

Nice hostel for great price

staff was really kind, helped me if there was a need :) - comfy bed - quite nice bathroom - possibility to leave luggage before check in

Cheap and passable hostel but fantastic location

It was right on the Reeperbahn, so location was fantastic. Our room was overlooking the street so good views but obviously it can be noisy at night. Just don't stay on the Reeperbahn if this is an issue. I used earplugs and it was fine. It was a cheap stay - other friends stayed at a&o hostels which was probably a much better stay. But we didn't have any major issues for the 3 nights we were staying there. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. We didn't spend too much time in the hostel and if you were spending most of your time on the Reeperbahn, then it's ideal to pop back. There's not really someone on the desk all the time and it's not a massive hostel. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I was say it was a passable stay and did the job for a few nights. Oh apart from the bed bugs! They are very real. We asked for spare towels after the first night which wasn't a problem. McDonald's and all amenities are right on your doorstep which is a bonus.

Not always someone on reception so had to wait for someone to be checking in to ask for spares. Homeless people right outside the entrances so can feel a bit dodgy all the time but just keep to yourself. Beds were on wheels and kept moving, so you can't really sit up in the bed and watch TV without it moving. Sheets and towels weren't really clean but we got towels changed on the 2nd day. No floor towel for the shower or shampoo/shower gel. It was always very hot in the rooms even with the radiators off. Had the window open a lot, even when it was 2 degrees outside. Was a shock going outside after being inside. There was no real luggage storage and check out is quite early although there was nothing enforced. We had to ask the cleaners, who spoke no English, if we could leave our bags. They reluctantly let us but it didn't feel safe to do so. Bed bugs are real! It was a mix between the heat at night and bad sheets, but I couldn't stop itching from night 1. There was no alternative but to suck it up. Sheets weren't changed in the 3 nights we stayed. So be weary of this.

Location was fine. Check-in was quick.

Very loud. You could hear eveything both from outside and from the other rooms. Cold at night. It looks like the room/sheets weren't properly cleaned. The towels smelled like cigarette smoke.

I found food in a drawer and the toilet bin not cleaned... Also the beds are not so comfortable.
