Small hotel on the side of the big road. Worth the value of the price.

Small hotel on the side of the big road. Worth the value of the price. Good option just to sleep and make a pause on the middle of longer drive. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is located on the side of big road, full of traffic. Very noisy. If possible ask room on the other side of the building as in summer time rooms are warm and you would not be able to sleep while window is open.

I don't recommend it. Rooms are in a terrible state.

Breakfast.

Bathroom was very smelly. Beds weren't quite clean, some chips leftovers were on sheets. My mattress had blood stains on it. TV remote doesn't work. My room was REALLY that terrible. Apart from bad smell, dirt, bed frames were almost falling apart. Also I had to call to reception to put down party outside my room.

Abysmal

I hate to leave negative reviews, but the hotel was truly a horror show for us. The only benefit here was that they offered free parking outside the hotel and it is accessible. There is also a coffee machine for breakfast.

Where to begin... The bathroom was hideous, with a paygate on the dispensable soap and shower gel. Given the recent pandemic, to have a QR code to scan in order to be able to wash my hands was a real shock. I've never seen anything quite like it. The shower was also broken, with the shower head being unsupported by the hook. This resulted in having to hold the shower head whilst you showered. Not something you'd expect when paying for a hotel. The hotel room STANK. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. It was hideous. If it hadn't been for the fact that we'd been driving ten hours, we'd of left and gone somewhere else and requested a refund. An uplift is needed. The free breakfast, let me try and explain my rationale here... when you are offered a free breakfast, you would hope the standard is to a point that you would've been happy to pay for what you received. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast, and as such, it really isn't a commendable perk or benefit to receive it for free.

rooms was not like described and showed foto in booking instead 2 rooms with double beds was single beds. bed were uncomfortable with holes in the middle because it’s so old and very loud because of big street , busy all night.

Globally I reccommend this hotel, only 20 mins from the center by bus

Everything matches with what I expected. Breakfast was abundant and satisfiyng, even though a person who doesn't like continental breakfast would not have found much to eat.

Unfortunately there were also school trips of teenagers in the same days. Fortunately my room was not very close to theirs, in any case one night they kept on going in and out of their rooms and knocking on their mates' rooms for almost all night long.

10/10 Great stay, fantastic staff, clean rooms and delicious food!!

Everything about the stay at Hotel Arkadia was excellent. The staff is qualified and courteous, the rooms are top tidy and comfortable, the hotel itself has a magical charm! But the best thing was the food - absolutely delicious breakfast, proper modern polish cuisine for lunch and dinner. I would recommend this place for both business and pleasure, the hotel also has a great location, you can very quickly get to the centre and this is a quiet area. A lot of cool people stay there, my friend told me it's a Warsaw gem :) And she was right!
