only the location, as it was a walking distance to the old town market and to the sea side.

The Breakfast was so poor, the cups were dirty, I ordered a coffee as the coffee machine was not working in the breakfast section, and I did not like the clean level of the place and the cups so I ended up skipping the breakfast as it was not good and not clean. the room was clean but there were damp patches on the walls behind the bathroom door, which I did not like, the room service came in the morning to clean, but then during the day she tried to come in while I was in the room, as she forgot to replace all of the towels during her cleaning in the morning, the Kettle was defective and it was not turning off automatically, which was good that I realized it on time. the check-in girl gave me a room and I paid successfully, later during the night they were trying multiple times to charge my credit card for not showing up on time, and after having a huge discussion with the person, he stopped the charge from happening because the girl gave me the wrong room in the morning. on the check-out day, I ordered a shuttle to the airport, which arrived on time, but I had to go through a not needed discussion to prove that I have paid for the shuttle and booked it the day before.

We booked at Oum Palace hotel and SPA because we were totally planning on using the spa services. it was both my birthda

room was ok, bathroom was ok, location was great for the Medina and close to train station

The whole spa was closed and we were NOT told about this before our arrival. we had full intentions of booking various spa activities, so we were very disappointed….. no massages, no facials, no mani/pedis. you would think that by the name “Oum Palace and Spa” there would be S.p.A. services.

Good hotel in central Casablanca, close to main sights and transport links.

The hotel delivers the expected value for money and is a good choice if staying in Casablanca for a day or two. Staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is probably the best feature - the hotel is very close to the main sights of Casablanca, the train stations and port.

Hotel staff were generally very nice and helpful, however the housekeeping team appeared to be unaware my room was occupied and opened my door several times in the morning (and continued even though I asked not to be disturbed).

Superb

The hotel is situated close to the train station and is easy to find. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and this was the warmest hotel I stayed in Morocco (which was really nice for me). Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. Also the tea in the breakfast was cold, strawberries rotten, cheese dried. They could take an extra care for this.

Ok for one night

Walking distance from Casa Port train station. Nice room comfortable bed big shower. Got a taxi for us to the Casa Voyageurs train station. Ok for one night.

Terrible lighting at sink-it was embedded in the mirror & bright, but not to see yourself well enough to shave or put makeup on without putting your face an inch from the mirror. Cold eggs at breakfast, but lots of other choices.

The staff is very friendly and takes good care of their patrons. The hotel is good value for money

I would recommend that the coffee and tea at breakfast is served fresh with a proper coffee machine. Otherwise all was great

Nice hotel. Good location, Spa in the basement. Pro tip: tip the staff!

Quality of breakfast buffet was low. Staff was not friendly until tipped - then our entire stay and their attitude seriously changed to great! Tip the staff!

good option for a short stay in Casablanca.

rooms are comfortable and well equipped

restaurant service is unable to serve big groups. but staff does their best to accommodate people needs. despite the fact that the road close-by is very noisy we were tired and slept very well in the comfortable beds.

Great hotel with very good hospitality, clean rooms and everything is efficiently near by!

The hotel looks amazing with its design, the room size was okay, I had an issue with the sink which was sorted straight away. The staff were amazing. They stopped me from being scammed by local Taxi drivers and helped me download an app to which I could get far more cheaper fairs to get around the city. They even sent some cakes as a gesture of good will to my room so the hospitality was on point. The location is great as you are within the city and everything is near by.

I think everything was okay, just the toilet facilities require some maintenance but other than that it's all good.
