All good and as in the description of the B&B.
Just a small comment, the address in the booking takes you a few blocks away but as soon as you call the owner/staff you reach the place easily.

We stayed one night on our road trip. The place was super cute and cozy, the room was sparkling clean and the garden was sooo nice; our dog enjoyed walking around and “meeting” the carps in the little lake

Spaceous room and fast wifi, on spot parking, nice people.
Not a lot of gluten free restaurants in the neighborhood, some street noise in room due to big window and door towards the street. The breakfast is plenty, but prepacked. Good breakfast (for me) is freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and hot eggs. A kettle for boiling water is always a good idea. For allergens sensitive person, there is too much dust under the bed and please also consider buying a better matrass on the big bed, the small beds seem to have a better matrass.
the room is cosy and nice, so with these tips you can get to a better rating.
