Perfect week in Nicosia

2 nights stay at Central square apt.

The apartment has a great and very central location, it is located right next to the Eleftheria square and close to the bus station and Lidras street is 2 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The whole old city can be explored by foot. The apartment itself is part of an old historic house. The owner of the apartment was very nice and friendly and he provided us with a lot of helpful info and suggestions to spend well our stay.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean, the owner is super nice and friendly and helpful! The apartment is like a doll house, very cute and modern.

Great apartment in an even better location!

Great apartment! Great location! Great host! I arrived much later than expected and Renos was incredibly flexible and made sure I was able to get into the apartment without any trouble. The central location made exploring the city very easy and Renos recommended all the best spots for food, drinks, or sightseeing. Looking forward to a return visit!

Very good

The location was unbeatable, perfect for getting transport and walking into town. Ren, the owner was very welcoming and very happy to help with any questions.

If you are a tall person the ceilings are a tad low, but that can not be helped. Other then that just minor things like no bath mat or tea towel, again not a massive issue

Unique living experience at central location

Perfect and convenient location at a strategic place next to the beautiful Eleftherias square. situated within a beautiful traditional building, it offers a really unique experience. The host is amazing offering help and tips for anything you need.

Very disappointing.

Firstly the owner is a lovely gentleman who tried to sort our noise problem out. Secondly the location is fantastic. Thirdly the WiFi is excellent. Fourthly the air on and fan are very effective.

Wow where to start. This is described as a ground floor flat. It is a basement flat. The photo shows a lovely front door. This is not the entrance. You have to enter via an alleyway down some steps that is covered in graffiti and littered each evening with rubbish. We completely understood that the low beams were part of the historic building but due to the kitchen and toilet having a step up, the ceiling is only 6ft at its highest. In fact to use the toilet you have to step up and duck at the same time to enter. Not suitable for taller guests. The rear of the shower tiling is in desperate need of replacing. It is thick orange around the grouting. The wardrobe was barely useable as it is full of random items and odd bits of bedding. There was very little storage for clothing. There was no top sheet on the bed just an empty duvet cover. Our major problem however was incredible loud banging and walking about from the flat above which started anywhere between 5 and 7 each morning. I text the owner to see if it was him but he kindly replied that it was lady and her dog. He spoke to her a couple times but nothing changed. The problem seems to be from the lack of sound proofing or proper ceiling between the floor above and this flat. It’s taken us a few days to write this as the owner doesn’t seem to take Critism very well having read other feedback. It has taught us a lesson though as had we read previous feedback which is all true we would not have booked. Needs great improvement.

Horrible

Just the position.

The apartment is located underground with only one window (partially locked) and with the door facing a lateral (and very noisy) street located at one side of the building (you cannot see it from the misleading picture). All the apartment has a cieling very low with several wooden beams very dangerous for the head. Beams are also present in the bathroom that is barely acceptable. kitchen and bathroom are also more low in the cieling because additional step. Kitchen does not even have a table and chairs are missing in the apartment. The wardrobe were full of dirty/used stuff. As final point we also found (surprise!) 2 big cockroachs under the bed! The only good point is the position but for the rest I strongly recommand to avoid it.

Clean spacious apartment at the heart of the town

The apartment is located in a unique traditional building and right in the heart of the town. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has all the amenities needed. The host went the extra mile to give great local tips and suggest the best places around. Would be definitely coming back again.
