Sehr empfehlenswert

Es war sehr schick, sauber und ruhig. Die Straßenbahn für fast direkt vor dem Hotel bis in die Innenstadt. So konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und für kleines Geld mit der Bahn flexibel sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, das Frühstück reichlich, frisch und hübsch angerichtet. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt :-)

Tolles kleines Hotel mit super Frühstück

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, Frühstück war super - nettes Personal!

Wir hätten - wenn ich nicht angerufen hätte - ein Zimmer mit offenem Bad/WC - also ohne Tür (!) - bekommen. Ich glaube, es steht nicht in der Beschreibung, dass die Hälfte der Zimmer so sind. Ich fände es wichtig, das zu dort deutlich erwähnen.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Sonderwünsche (extra Kissen) wurden prompt erfüllt. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Spiegelei / Rührei / gekochtes Ei je nach Wunsch. Sehr viele kostenfreie Parkplätze weniger als 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Tolles Boutiquehotel in der Nähe des Kurparks

Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Laufweite zum Kurpark und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Individuelles Frühstück. Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer. Lichtkonzept und riesiger Fernseher mit Apple TV.

Restaurant war leider geschlossen. Nespresso Maschine ist ausgelaufen und hat fast mein Laptop geflutet. (Besser den Tank nicht so voll füllen, eigene Schuld)

Comfortable suite, very good breakfast, pet friendly hotel

The location, on our way to Italy. The suite was very comfortable, good beds, very good breakfast. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and a bakery to buy fresh bread and pastries.

We had a few stairs and steps to get to the room, so the accessibility is not optimal. The blinds of the windows do not cover completely them so we had the sun in our room very early in the morning (summer).

Breakfast was ok, we really appreciate that they tried to reach us when I forgot a thing in my room In this case we had already traveled to long to return back, but they agreed that we could come to pick it up almost 2 weeks later and that worked perfectly. Room design was modern with nice beds

If I remembered right they didn't have any type of eggs for breakfast

Very enjoyable stay for good price

hotel is in a very nice area, close to the park. It is nicely furnished and beds were super comfortable

Nice Hotel in Bad Wilhelmshöhe

The Staff is very friendly, polite, accommodating and efficient. Breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese, jams, nuts, etc. Made to order eggs & waffles (on the weekend) The atmosphere in the hotel is quite lovely and the breakfast area had quiet music playing & tables with fresh flowers and a small lamp if needed. The window shelf full of small palm trees of varied types, had a sign inviting you to pick up one and take it to your room. I found this a very nice touch. The elevator was appreciated. You could access from the small (5 places) parking lot as well as the lobby. Someone was always at the front desk from early morning until late evening. A refrigerator was placed in our room as well as 2 extra pillows, as upon our request. One evening the room.got a bit cold and the computer for the heating system needed adjustment (due to the fuel shortage due to Russian's invasion of Ukraine) but the staff brought us up a portable heater. We only needed it for 20 minutes and then we were fine the rest of our four night stay. The windows were new & energy efficient. There were heavy, room darkening, warmth keeping curtains as well.

The antique restored building is very close to the street car, so in our first studio room, I found it difficult to sleep (even with Earplugs & a pillow over my head.) We asked if we could move, and the staff was very kind and efficient to move us to another room, which was a bit quieter Unfortunately, this second room.had no door for the toilet which might be a cultural issue, but for us, a very awkward set up! If I stayed there I would call the hotel and get an exact description of the room you book because I believe they are all different. Our first room had a proper bathroom with a door, but like I mentioned, was just too noisy for me. The streetcar runs all night, just less frequently.

The apartment is nice and spacious, the bed really comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, there is a very nice view as you can often only find in a tower block.

The fact that the apartment is on the 6th floor of a tower block.

We enjoyed our stay, slept well and had a good breakfast!

Relaxed, nice breakfast, friendly staff, location near Wilhelmshöhen, spacious room, easy parking!

Our room had carpet (apparently the last one in the hotel), room was a bit worn down, noisy in the morning with the tram passing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they were the best part of the stay. Plus breakfast was delicious.

The shower sprayed water all over the floor. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Great location for Wilhelmshohe park, spacious and well appointed room. Great shower. Continental Breakfast included. Grocery store opposite.

No Coffee machine or kettle in room, TV kept getting interference (some channels) or could not reach satellite (the rest)
