About this apartment rental

The apartment is very well situated close to the beach one minute walk and WIFI Internet 24/7. Multi TV channels. The apartment is completely independent and private consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, dining area and balcony . The bedrooms are very spacious fully climatised leading to the balcony.At 60m walk, you would be able see and enjoy the blue ocean with white sandy beaches, swim in the tropical aqaurium with various and colourful fish or relax under the filao trees. The apartment offers our customers a fully furnished and nice place with your own washing machine,TV, DVD, huge fridge/freezer, kettle, oven and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning are provided in all the bedrooms and wall fans are also provided for your comfort. The manager is available any time for your comfort. Various water activities are found at the beach such as boat trips, snorkeling and fishing. The shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance where you can taste the local cuisine and Mauritian food.We wish all our clients an enjoyable holiday.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay @ Flic en Flac in January-March 2024. The property is very spacious, everything is at advertised, close to the beach and fine restaurants. The property manager has been responsive and very helpful. We recommend this property and plan to return again.

The apartement has a good location. You have a great view from the balcony on the ocean and mountains. It's nice to have your breafast on the balcony. It's extremely close to the beach,so it's real eazy to have a morning swim to start the day off right . Not far from restaurants and shops. Since we couldn't stay for the whole period of time in the place iwhere we first were, the owner Rishi offered this as alternitive. He threw in an extra 1 bedroom appartement so my son could also have his own place and even helped together with Chadien to move us. Like always we could count on Chadien for any problem that might emerge to solve it quickly. So as our alternitive stay it was definitely satisfying

The property was not that was advertised....not the same furniture, hot water non existent and no pressure , towels were thread bear, although we did ask him for more towels for the ones we got were the size of hand towels ...he did go and get us a couple of beach towels, TV didn't work although we booked over a month ahead ,he was still fixing TV which never really worked... internet kept dropping out ..we kept telling him about the hot water ,he said he'll look into it but never did...we could hear the people next door talking ,walls very thin...area very noisy, loud music most nights coming from neighbors....would never recommend this place

Eenvoudige accomodatie die verder uitstekend is bevallen. Ruime ouderslaapkamer met goed bed , goede airco's. Uitstekend beddegoed en lekkere luie rieten fautuils op het balkon en een beheerder die alles voor je wil doen of regelen.

Rishi was extremely helpful and communicative from the point I made my booking. I was very happy at The apartment and felt very safe as a woman on her own. Checking in was excellent and I was confident there would be someone at the end of the phone if I needed anything more. The apartment is perfectly located being minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Thank you for letting me stay on on my last day and for making me feel so welcome. 😊�

Very good choice

Very spacious apartment with two air conditioned bedrooms. Apartment is very well equipped - there is everything what one may needs. The apartment is situated close to the beach in quiet district ( no barking dogs, no noisy neighbours, etc.). About a hundred meters away is to get the main road with a lot of shops/ restaurants. The apartment manager Chadien is very helpful and willing to assist in solving any issues. I will certainly come back next time to the same apartment which is perfect for quiet, relaxing vacation. I'm already missing Mauritius ;)

Bon sejour Le problème il y a un bruit de pompe chez le voisin Elle ne s'arrête jamais C est dommage Du coup on ne se repose pas. Dans l annonce il parlait dune douche à l extérieur elle ne marche pas 😕� Je pense il y a des chose à refaire Cordialement

Nos vacances étaient excellentes. Le balcon est spacieux et l’appartement que nous avons occupés étaient au dernier étage qui avait tout en bon état de fonctionnement et très propre. Il est situé très près de la plage et les commerces sont à moins de dix minutes à pied. Chadien a pris grand soin de nous et disponible à tout moment.

Couchages annoncés 4 : en réalité que 3. Chambres : en réalité qu'une chambre. Le deuxième lit (petit pour une personne) est dans une pièce à vivre non-fermée donnant sur la salle de douche/wc et la cuisine. Douche : pas pratique d'utilisation du tout. Réglage compliqué. Parking : absent. On se gare dans la rue. Machine à laver : sur le palier, non-fonctionnel et très sale. Meubles : cassés. Que 3 chaises. Cuisine : pas de four. Murs insuffisamment insonorisés, on entend les voisins. Pas de salon. Pas de salle à manger. Pas de jardin. Remontée d'odeurs de la fosse septique dans la cour. Présence de cafards et de lézards dans l'appartement. Absence de rideaux occultants. Autrement, proche de la plage et loin de l'agitation nocturne.

Wir sind mit der Wohnung voll zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Der organisierte Transfer vom Flughafen war sehr hilfreich und nett. Es gab immer einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner.

Had a very pleasant experience staying at the apartment. Very close to the beach, shops and ten minutes walk to the supermarket. Apartment manager was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this property in Flic en Flac for anyone who wants easy access to the rest of the island. Loved it 😀

I'm very happy, that...

I'm very happy, that I could stay at beach house apartment in beautiful flic en flac district. The apartment is very well suited very close to the beach, quiet and away from road . There is 3 minutes walk and line of the trees growing by seashore is visible from the balcony. Apartment was fitted with everything needed for pleasant and comfortable stay. It is spacious, clean and provided with cooking appliances etc. Managers of beach house are very kind and helpful. I was offered with transport from and into airport, rent bicycle and every request was quick answered. I definitely recommend beach house for anyone who would like to spend quiet and peaceful vacation in beautiful Flic en Flac. I am giving 5 stars without hesitation and I can't wait when I'll come back to Mauritius.

We normally stay at Beach House every time we are on holiday in Mauritius. The apartment is located very near to the beach and easy access to shops and public transport. The apartment is clean, spacious with an outside balcony to sit and relax. We will return again. The price is cheap too.

We stayed at this accomodation and we spent a beautiful and nice holiday. The accomodation is very near to the beach less than two minutes walk and we were able to swim everyday and enjoy the beautiful beach. It was peaceful and calm. The shop is five minutes walk away. The accomodation is nicely located within walking distance to the local restaurants. I would recommend this accomodation and would come back next year.

"I stayed at Beach House with my family. We spent a very nice and beautiful holiday. The apartment is less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and Flic En Flac is one of the best beaches in the country. The apartment is very spacious, clean and there is everything you need to spend a nice holiday. Transport was provided by the owner and it was very easy to arrange. I would recommend Beach House to all my family and friends"

"We spent there one week of our holiday. I can say that there was everything what we needed. Apartman was clean and newly furnished. The house is situated in noiseless street close to the beach (just 2min.) and the main road where are restaurants, bus stop and some hotels. We would recommend this place to our friends."
