A wonderful place to stay with a large group!

A beautiful, well equipped and well located property where we could accommodate, cook for and seat a large family group, not only comfortably but in style! Communication with the hosts was great and we had a wonderful time.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Superb

The property was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect.

.Though the staff were very accommodating and lovely... We had to be placed in a WhatsApp group with the staff to agree to the house rules. As a group of 32-70 year old women, it felt like we were being treated like teenagers. Not all groups of women are the same, and shouldn't be tarred with the same brush.

Beautiful house

The house is absolutely beautiful, we stayed for a hen weekend and was lovely to all be together for 2 nights away. We as a group could not fault a thing with our stay

Exceptional

Fantastic property, was much better than we expected. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. From the beginning Tracy the property manager was extremely helpful, answering promptly any queries we had. When we arrived at the property the owners had left us a note and champagne which I thought was a lovely touch. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk into Brighton town centre but the beach is yards away at the end of the road. The house had WiFi and we were sent videos over WhatsApp on how to use the appliances, cinema room etc. I forwarded these to my group so we all knew what we were doing. The house had towels, soap and a hair dryer, plus tea, sugar etc. There were a couple of good pubs, cafes and take aways at the end of the street. Overall, it was lovely. Really made it a great weekend. Would love to stay again.

Fabulous stay. Highly recommend

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate our friends special birthday and we were all over the moon with this stunning property. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor and attention to detail is extraordinary. All correspondence with our booking was answered very promptly and efficiently by Tracy, whom is super helpful. Thank you so much. None of us wanted to leave. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled as a group of 12. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this property was above our expectations so no issues whatsoever.

Outstanding!

This house was unreal! We had 11 people staying and it was fantastic, everyone was so impressed. I’d say 18 adults would be a squeeze as you’d lose a lot of the communal areas for sofa beds and the dining table doesn’t fit 18 (unless it extends and we didn’t notice!) Facilities were next level, we were truly spoilt and didn’t get to make the most of them for our short 2 day stay. Host communication was excellent, would definitely recommend this property!

Fabulous property, lovely owners, perfect location, want to go back!

First off the communication with Tracy the property manager was great, I had lots of little questions on the run up to the stay and Tracy always got back to me straight away with a tonne of info on the subject. We actually got to meet Faye & Ian by chance before we checked in and they couldn’t have been more lovely, Ian sorted me out with some much appreciated parking permits and they even left us a couple or bottles of champagne as a congratulations for our event! The house was as good, if not better than the pictures lead you to expect, the whole place is stunning and we just couldn’t get over how beautifully finished it was and the carefully thought out smart aspects like the lighting. There’s loads of fridge space with a fridge freezer in both the main kitchen and the basement kitchen as well as a wine cooler in the utility room and it was so helpful to have things left there like kitchen roll, ice and tea & coffee so you don’t have to worry about bringing those. Good storage space for each bedroom in terms of hangers and wardrobes and plenty of towels provided. Beds were super comfy and there were blankets available which was great as it was too warm for duvets.

Our only regret was that we didn’t have a longer stay as we didn’t get to make use of all of the lovely communal areas or get time to take a long bath in the gorgeous Master en-suite!

Gorgeous townhouse

11 of us stayed for a long weekend, we had the best time, the owners & Tracy are so lovely and helpful. The house is beautiful, it has everything you need. Location is amazing. Thank you again for a fab weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The decor was lovely and the kitchen was so well equipped. Everything you needed . So nice to have a variety of teas and coffee and the basics like oil and condiments provided too. Cinema room a real bonus everything very high-tech.

This is not a fault just to be aware there are a lot of stairs, accommodation spread over 5 floors.

Restful and engaging, a real feel at home experience

First class experience Communication from the agent was first class and very detailed instructions on the use and location of all appliances Very homely feel and very quiet Great location and easy walking distance to town or marina

There is absolutely nothing to complain about From arrival to departure everything ran like clockwork There are more facilities and services at this property than you would ever require, literally everything is catered for
