Good location and good room

Good private room with a good location. Pretty affordable too in my opinion.

No refrigerator was available, which was advertised. Hand soap also was not available in the bathroom, but bath soap was provided.

In town centre with clean basic rooms but hectic reservation management.

Centrally located and clean. Friendly staff.

The arrival: the door is locked and we had to ring several times before someone came to open. This happened several times during our stay. Our reservation was not found at first. In the evening, we received an email asking for our arrival time although we were already in the rooms; and then, the second day, we were told that we had to change one of the rooms. Very bad Internet.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast, excellent value for family travel.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Traveling with a family of 5. Excellent value. Very good breakfast for a small fee ($3 USD). Easy walk to the center of town and to the Saturday markets (a must see!).

The room is very big and clean, we liked it.

Staff don't speak English, they didn't tell us about the market held Saturday in the street, as a result our car was blocked and we could not move our car, and had to wait until 5PM in the afternoon. Luckily we didn't have a flight to catch otherwise we would be in big trouble. They could have told us about the street market. Also they have two locations under the same name, we went to the one on Google maps and we were told to go to the other one, quite a hassle with all the luggage in hand. They did offer to drive us there, which was nice, but we had our own car.

I would be a repeat customer

Room decor very authentic. Super friendly and accommodating staff/family. Hot shower. Good Wi-Fi. Very clean room and common areas well maintained and cleaned well. Great view from rooftop. Quiet street. 10-15 minute walk to the market.

View of typical million wires stretching from pole to pole. Bathroom design very cramped: good luck using toilet if you exceed 200lbs.

Excellent location in town, walking distance to bus terminal and plaza de ponchos. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable with nice wooden furniture. Staff is nice and accomodating. There is a restaurant Next Door that serves good breakfast

Bathroom is really small, we had to sit on the toilets sideways. Also, the shower leaks water and the bathroom floor gets really wet

Location was ideal. The woodwork and interior decorations were beautifully done. Staff were very kind and helpful.

No breakfast included. Downstairs pizza restaurant didn't work with hostal in giving us the residence breakfast discount.

We were not informed in advance that our reservation was moved from Hotel Santa Fe Inn to Hotel Santa Fe Inn 2. Not a big deal anyway, both locations are in the town center and our stay was pleasant.

Nice hotel in the centre of Otavalo

Nice hotel with friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, located in the centre of Otavalo (and only 10 minutes walk from the bus station).

The room was pretty small so we didn't have a lot of space for our bags.

My stay was very comfortable. Paola was very friendly, and helpful in answering my questions.

The location was very convenient for visiting the principal sights, and within walking distance of the bus station if backpacking, or doing day trips by public transportation to nearby sites. The adjacent cafe served good breakfasts.

This hostel rates among the best that i have stayed in.

Both choice of breakfasts are excellent, but maybe a bit expensive. The staff was both efficient, helpful and and client oriented.
